Very slow service. Was not told that they were out of what I ordered until 30 min AFTER I ordered. Poor service from our waitress.
Soooo, we come here at least once every 2 months for the past few years and I will say the food and drinks are always on point and customer service. However today y’all, let me tell you about Ms Rachel, she WAS freaking Awesome!! Like beyond Awesome. !! Anytime that I come back, I will definitely ask for her and her Onlyyyyy!! And yes, the food and drinks were on point, as usual!!
Awful service! They denied us entry at 8:26pm when they close at 11.
We have eaten take out and delivery a few times from this location and never had a problem. They started putting the sauces on the side of the tenders and shrimp which made a big difference so no more soggy breading! Overall good interaction with staff. We haven’t eaten inside yet but the location appears to be clean when we do to go orders as well.
Abbey is the best at the bar hands down so nice and friendly
Great service food was ok. The price however was not worth it. We spent 100.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids and didn't even have one beer or cocktail. I understand prices are going up but, we went to another wing place has 1 extra person and the adults had 2 to 3 beers and with a generous tip it was 125.00. I will say Grayson was a very good server and made us feel at home that would be the main reason we came back.
Myself snd our motor cycle club arrived at 2:35 pm Saturday for an after meeting meal. The restaurant was maybe half full. We were told the wait was due to the fact that there was a 20 minute wait for the kitchen. We asked for seating for 12 on the patio. I gave the waitress our name. “Punishers” and we waited. After about 10 minutes, our entire group was there. We waited 35 minutes before we were told we could be seated, so we all went outside to the patio. It was a brisk day, so we asked that the heaters be turned on. After waiting another ten minutes outside, we saw through the window, that there were two tables and a booth available, so absent any heat we came back inside and asked to be seated there. We were told that we could not sit there, that there was another area on the opposite side of the restaurant where they could seat us and the waitress led us to that area. By this time, three in our group had opted to leave because of the then 45 minute wait. Once we were seated, the waitress took our drink irders and looked upset when we asked for separate check. After she returned with drinks, she took our orders and it was another 25 minutes before we got our meals. Of the nine of us left, three member said that their meals were cold. They had ordered chicken wing type meals etc. By this time, I had noted that their were at least six waitress working, and after lunch and in a less than half full restaurant, this was the service we encountered that day. . Needless to say, as we were leaving, we all agreed that after next months meeting, we will find some place else to eat. While many of your customers similarly treated? May opt to continue their patronage due to the “eye candy?” We came to enjoy a meal. A neal that turned out not to be enjoyable at all. Therefore, we won’t be back
Service recovery at its finest! Cassie (Manager) is professional and an asset to Hooters. We had a bad experience (wait time for to go order) last night. She called bright and early this morning to hear my concerns, validate my experience, apologize on behalf of the establishment and offer to rectify things. She's truly a gem!Ashley (bartender) is hands down the best! While waiting for our to go order, we sat at the bar and she was engaging, efficient, humorous and ran the entire bar effortlesslyWill definitely come back to give it another shot, because of Cassie and Ashley!
Great food and great atmosphere. No paper menu which makes it more challenging unless you know exactly what you want. I generally browse the menu and something will jump out at me so I miss that. Great service and overall wonderful lunch.
Saddest 10 pc boneless wings I have ever ordered. They were cold, not even seasoned right and more bread than chicken. Maybe in person is better but online you are better off ordering from like Pizza Hut or any other place.
