Late night nothing in the town open pretty much, this Hardee's excelled. Super nice drive thru lady super food and literally minutes before closing. The first 2 min in the drive thru was amazing wish I had the ladies name but to you and your crew I appreciate it more than you know. It was the end of a long plane ride and the start of a modest drive home you were exactly what I needed. Great job. ?
Still closed to indoor dining even though there are people eating in the restaurant. Ridiculous. you just don't want to work, will find another burger place, there are plenty open
The prices on drive thru is wrong. Pork chop n gravy biscuit is 2.89 and got charged 4.09 each one. When confronted and just asked to change the price the manager acted like he wanted to fight. Love the biscuits but the customer service here is ridiculous
There are a couple of Hardee's in driving distance to my house. This one always seems to have a long line. I now see why. Hardee's always has the best biscuits. But these were the best breakfast biscuits that I have ever had. Well worth the wait.
My order was wrong TWICE. I was also charged for the wrong order with a side order of nasty attitude. I then received an extra serving of attitude when I wanted my money back for what I DID NOT order . You need a display of the order on a screen for customers to check or simply repeat the order back .
Side grave with bacon egg cheese biscuit was amazing to the last cresy crumb of hash browns tater tot slice. Superb for fast fooding it
Wonderful morning people. Power went out during rain - they honored my meal even though they could not take my debit card.
Service was quick, order was correct, price was fair, food was fresh and hot. Can't ask for more!
Always use the drive through here, the gentleman who’s usually at the window is very kind, and always puts a smile on my face and makes me feel good about the quality of the food. Wish every fast food joint had employees like him! Thank you!
Misinformation. The lady I spoke to was not only rude but couldn't read the information that was placed on there on site and door... For a carryout instead of the drive thru. On top of my food not being ready. I can't tell if it's a race thing because all the time I went when there was black staff I never had such problems with them following their own protocols. I'm not sure what is going on with these fast food restaurants but this is just another one I will have to just not go to anymore.
