Always hot and fresh food. Friendly staff. Burgers were fixed as ordered and neatly wrapped. Fries a nice balance of crispy and soft. Not greasy. Fresh ingredients make all the difference!
I don't come here often but when I do I enjoy it very much. Their fresh burgers and fries are always delicious. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Very nice and friendly employees as well.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Burgers of course live up to their reputation. Be careful with your fry order, you get 3 times more than you expect!
Wow. My burger, fries, and drink was not cheap. The burger did taste good, but not sure it's worth that price. Not a fan of dumping fries on top of the meal so you have to dig your hand thru them to get the burgers. Just give a second bag for the fries, but the grease will probably cause the bag to break.
I've only been to this location twice now but it's becoming my favorite. Why? Well bc when I ask for no salt on my fries they actually DO it and I appreciate it so much. Since I love the fries but the salt for health reasons is too much regularly. Very nice staff. Five guys is usually a treat for me and now I can enjoy it more often.
Hadn’t been to a five guys in a while but figured I stop by since they rather unnecessarily opened one in my neighborhood. Sadly they still wrap their burgers in foil so it’s still that soggy overpriced burger. Also they finally added a smaller portion of fries called little fries except it’s almost $5 and can still feed a party of 3. Oh and salty as hell. I had to scrape the salt off before I eat them. There are at least 3 better burger joints in the area; Culver’s, Red Robin and Burger 21.
The prices have gone up considerably at this location versus other locations in this area. The restaurant itself was dirty, even though it was not busy. The ketchup was empty and it took awhile for them to refill it. We ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries and it came to over $17.00. The size of the fries have gone down considerably. A regular sized French fries is now $5.69. It was definitely not sized like any other Five Guys. Nor was it worth nearly $6. When we asked, there wasn’t a teenager who could help. All of this to say, hit the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location or Hamilton Mill . Better price, better food, better service, cleaner restaurant.
Love the new location! Stopped in on a busy Saturday for lunch. The store was clean, well stocked and staffed with an AMAZING all girls crew, they we super friendly and knocking out orders like crazy, LOVE IT …Alyssa, Kiki & Jenny, keep it up. THIS IS WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE !
Manager on duty was VERY nice. There was actually a full crew which is nice to see these days. Food was hot and plentiful. Unfortunately the prices keep going up but that is to be expected...thanks Joe.Definitely recommend this 5 guys. Have never had a bad experience here.
The worst 5 guys I've been to yet. The bun was not soft like usual. The fries were way over cooked. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with 5 guys. I treat this meal as a "Treat meal" and this was not a treat.I love 5 guys, this was just very disappointing. I will be back and update if this location improves.
