Placed the order 20 minutes prior to showing up as I was in a hurry and it was on my way home . I get there and the place is deserted with the employees on their phones, and when I ask for my order the girl realized that she hadn’t seen it and said the ticket just printed. Sat here waiting an additional 20 just waiting for the food to be made.
Refused a valid T-Mobile Tuesdays reward promo. That's definitely a sign of incompetent management and a lack of customer service. They never answer the phone after calling for 10 minutes and charge for things randomly. I also found a bug leg in my side pickle. I’m very mad. Their doordash is not up to date and you cannot add things like peppers and oil and vinegar and have to call but they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. And I just found a black or brown hair in my food. I’m done with this place. Very disgusting.
I have not visited Firehouse with bad service! Same here, great customer service and they were patient as my children placed their orders!!!!
They work hard to take care of the lunch crowd with quality and speed.
