Out of all the Dunkin’ locations around me, I have to say that this is my “go to” spot. They ALWAYS make my very specific coffee on point. It makes me wonder why there isn’t a consistent level of flavor from other locations when there’s a formula? I love our Hamilton Mill location and the friendly faces that meet me every time!
Me and my husband have been coming here on a daily for a year and a half like clock work sometime multiple times a day & I NEVER have a issue and If I do then it’s always fixed with no problem. I GOTTA HAVE MY ICED COFFEE DAILY !I do wish the app would allow you to add whipped cream but the only option is cold foam.
Very disappointed. This is no longer a dependable place for doughnuts or donuts. It’s no wonder they’ve dropped the Donuts part of the name. On Valentine’s Day, at 10:45am, I stopped to try and get a few special Valentine doughnuts. They had one strawberry with sprinkles, no other cute varieties. I compromised getting a few of the six types they had available. When I arrived home, the Apple fritters were hard around the edges like they had been microwaved, the powdered doughnut was inedible, hard like cereal. I couldn’t believe this was what they had to offer, as a doughnut store. I will not go back to Dunkin’ Donuts for doughnuts again. Ever. Sad.My husband and I joke, the reason they’re called Dunkin’ Donuts is because to eat them you must diunk them. Haha!
I made a call out order 2 times but they had hanged up on my face. and the service is very slow and tend to be rude. And multiple times I would have to wait always just for my order to be incorrect.
My server was extremely nice but my donuts were old. I had strawberry frosted with sprinkles.I just decided to pick up a snack while dashing.
I just left the drive-through, and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the young guy was and helping me select a coffee. Then, when I drove around to the drive-through window I witnessed a lot of teamwork and great customer service. So happy that we have a Dunkin’ Donuts close to our house
Friendly staff. Second time I’ve been to this location but have yet to be disappointed. The service was fast, food was fresh. Again, friendly staff. Probably will be going to this location more often because the one by Toyota is almost always out of French Crullers.

Sunday, October 17th at 10:55am the lady at the window is the sweetest! Very positive attitude, best experience at this location she deserves a raise!
