I usually come to this spot because it is closest to work and I honestly do not have time to go to any other Dunkin. The workers are friendly but I am not sure how familiar they are with making drinks. The majority of the time that I have gone, they never fill the cup all the way. It is usually 1/4 empty. I normally would not be complaining about this, but coffee prices have gone really high, and it is inconvenient only to get a small portion when you are paying such a high price. The food could definitely be better as well. The sandwich I always order tastes a bit refrigerated and sometimes it is even cold.

So sad to see another DD down in the dirt. 3x a charm wish it was. Wrong order in the drive through from sitting in the drive through window for 18+ minutes while the line wraps around the building to standing inside with one other person with no one waiting on anyone. Absolutely terrible service, no one knows what they are doing. Went across the street to McDonalds for coffee and the same person was still standing in line when I drove by leaving. Won’t be back to this one.

Miserable customer service. This place has gone downhill quickly. No one would take my order at the counter, barking rudely at us telling us we have to use the kiosk or app to order, not order with a person and actually watch them get the actual correct donuts. Because we couldn’t talk to a person, they of course completely messed up the order from the kiosk. This place has always been sub-par - but to mess up a KIOSK order they force you to do is just terrible customer service.

No one took my order in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window, the employee there told me I would have to go around back through the drive through. There were already multiple people in line behind me so I would have had to sit in line for another twenty minutes. A manager came over to ask for the issues then just said the employee messed up and walked away, without apologizing to me or offering a solution. Terrible customer service.

I really love Dunkin but this is probably the worst one I’ve ever gone to. 3 out of 4 times I’ve gone (in the middle of the day mind you)…they’ve had no donuts. How do you not have any donuts? Some of the staff is nice but most have bad attitudes. They seem absolutely clueless and had to ask my order 3 times in the drive thru and had me repeat it again once I got to the window. Seem disorganized and frustrated 99% of the time. My sandwich was burnt today. This location is extremely slow.

This place time after time they could never get my order correct. I have strawberry cream cheese when I ask for vegetable cream cheese. Then I am told they are out of strawberry milk when I ask for CHOCOLATE MILK. Perhaps when you hire people you have them take a hearing test!!

This is the worst Dunkin location by far. The employees do not care about their jobs. I was the only car in the drive-thru. I was asked multiple times what I ordered. Then again, at the window was asked what I ordered ( The only car in the drive-thru) still got my order wrong. Extremely disappointed with my experience here.Oh and it's funny how often they don't have donuts. Someone needs to be fired from this location.

Everything time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I order avocado toast with bacon.. they NEVER GIVE ME THE DAM BACON!!! Bad Service!!!

I usually go to the drive thru, but decided to go inside because the line was so long. Four people were working and not one of them greeted me. I am not a fan of kiosk ordering, but when you are invisible to the staff you have no other choice. $hit runs down hill so it is obvious that the ownership doesn't care or their reviews would be better.

I have tried to give this place too many tries, and almost every time they fail at customer service and the quality of drinks. Most of the staff are impolite and have bad attitudes. The only time I had a pleasurable experience was when the older lady with a southern accent and gray hair worked the window, She was an absolute pleasure, but the other ten times (at least) that I have visited this location have been horrific. Today I attempted to give this location another try, and when I pulled up I was not greeted at the intercom whatsoever. I kindly said "hello" to see if they were open. The employee rudely, told me to hold on, and again with no welcome. After waiting for at least 5 minutes at a very empty parking lot and drive thru, the employee finally tried to take my order. I asked for two gift cards in which she said she was sold out. On other occasions, the employees rarely provide a warm greeting or even say hello. My orders have been made incorrectly. Another day, the employees locked the front door with no sign or notice as to why they had locked everyone out. You could still complete a pick up order, but the employees would not allow you in. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. The management is awful and clearly the operators of this store do not care about this customers or else changes would have already been made. I am completely sympathetic with most businesses being short staffed, but a greetings is free and fast. When their parking lot is desolate and the employees still operate poorly then it is a matter of lack of care. The franchise owners need to do better!! If you love Dunkin then visit the Flowery Branch location which has caring employees and a better ran store.
