Their drinks are over priced, yet always made incorrectly. 100% of the time. Rude customer service. and you can literally drive an extra 5 minutes to get the same drink $2 cheaper made correctly with great customer service. Oh and to top it off with them over charging, 87% of the time their stores espresso machine is down. Awful
Another location with poor management. Dirty inside. Whoever made my drink didn't even take the extra 3 seconds to stir it correctly so all the syrup was on the bottom. I don't know how Dunkin is staying open.
Ordered an iced matcha latte, peach refresher and 2 maple sugar bacon sandwiches and 2 hash browns, she confirmed our order but didn’t tell us a total. When we got to the window there were no hash browns. We asked if we could have them and she said it was too late because she can’t add it to the order. What? So they get the order wrong and then can’t even fix it? The staff here needs to be re evaluated. I didn’t get their names, but the cashier was an Asian girl with a short bob haircut and the girl who asked us about our food (she had a headset, so I’m pretty sure she was the one who took our order) was black with a long pony tail. Very disappointing.
Awesome place! We enjoyed the donuts, the Christmas decor, and music! It was very clean and the customer service was great.
Worst dunkin there is ever ever..... rude employees.... i never had not 1 coffee done right at this location... if u want mud in a cup with coffee grinds come here!!!
Pulled up at 6:35 am asked for pumpkin Latte… we don’t have that right now!! . So tired of going there and every time I go there always saying we don’t have that. It’s not the 1st time that’s happened.
The worst place!!! The morning people are rude and thinking they are the owners!!! Very rude customer service the food is cold and nobody knows what they doing!!! Hope someone that own this DUNKING will see this
Got my breakfast today. I always get my medium mocha swirl hot latte and so happy they still have the 2 for $6 bacon, cheese and egg croissant. Hopefully it stays there forever? the only thing is that it felt like they gave me an old croissant or i dont know what it is, it was a little cold and def does not taste fresh. It wasn’t always like this though. I get this same food too much that i actually know what it’s supposed to taste like. But I’ll def try them again cuz I just love Dunkin.

This is the LAST time I will be ordering food from this Dunkin Donuts! The last time me and my husband went he order a coffee and munchies. When I looked at the receipt they took it upon themselves to add a donut to our order but no donut was in the bag. When I told the girl at the drive-thru we didn't order a donut she looked surprised and said oh, we thought you said donut. I told her how could you when you did even give us one but you charged us for it! So I told her fine, give me a cake donut with chocolate frosting (it's yellow cake with chocolate frosting). After we pull away I looked in the bag an it's a chocolate donut with chocolate frosting....something I would never order because I don't like them.Today I ordered a ham croissant sandwich, hashbrown and a drink. When she hands me the bag she says it will be a minute on the drink. I took that opportunity to look in the bag while I was waiting and there were no hash browns in the bag. I asked are you waiting on the hash browns too. She turns and tells someone about the hash browns and then hands me another bag that felt like nothing was in it. I looked in the bag and there are only 6 pathetic hash browns at the bottom of my small bag... and one of them wasn't even a whole hash brown, it was a half of one. I've NEVER been to a Dunkin Donuts before and received 6 hash browns, the things are tiny.They can't get the order right, they charge you for things you didn't order and they give you as little as possible. I WON'T BE GOING BACK!
