Staff was pleasant when coming. They all greeted us and ask if they could help. Aliya was awesome at the front counter along with Bria. However kitchen staff was not efficient. I had to go ask for things that were missing from my order multiple times. Front counter saved the day. Thank you all at the front counter. For helping me get the correct meal. Most likely won’t visit this location or Culver’s again. But thanks to the front counter for helping us.
Excellent service! Food was surprisingly ready by the time we even sat down. They have a pretty good system down for both back & front of the house allowing to operate like a well oiled machine!Excellent team work. (Please give the staff a raise!)Burgers taste very good. Juicy, cooked just right, and the buns practically melt in your mouth!Definitely a fantastic fast food burger joint.Gotta say though, Fives Guys is just a sliver better especially when it comes to flavor and quantity (even though you might be spending a bit more). That's just my opinion though.
All I tried to order was a small flavor of the day milk shake. The girl in drive thru kept asking how many scoops. Well how ever many it takes to fill a milkshake. I ended up having to drive off. This place seriously needs to train the staff before sticking them in front of a register.
Can you guys not fry shrimp with the fries? I found this tail w/ my fries and I get queasy from seafood. My friend has a shellfish allergy.Burger was good though!
We dined here while in town for a track meet. The young lady that took our order was very respectful and attentive. She even took time to read the order back so we could make sure everything was correct. We just ordered burgers, fries, and onion rings. I don't think you can mess that up too much. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was quick and prices were reasonable.
We love Culver’s and went in yesterday 03/05 around 5pm.The cashier was very rude. When she gave us our food she was mumbling something and huffing, my 10 year old daughter went to ask for ranch and she rolled her eyes at her and said didn’t I just give you ranch, after that they charged us for the ranch which is fine but the attitude was ridiculous. What’s worse is the manager was there and he was very friendly but was allowing her to act this way not only towards us but to other customers as well. We definitely won’t be back to this location.
Good burgers!! So nice we can get gluten free buns here, means everyone can enjoy a burger. The ice cream is good too!!
Horrible experience. Found a hair in my food and just asked to replace with the smallest ice cream possible. Yes I had eaten most of the sandwich when I found but seriously gross!! And the owner refused to even replace it with a small ice cream for for 3 year old because most of the sandwich was gone? I’m literally in shock! Maybe there are a lot of people trying to get a free $4 ice cream but this was terrible customer service. Just all around nasty!
Great food and sometimes on time service. The staff could use some customer service training though. The GM is very professional and handles problems well if you have any. Always get the right order and its always good.
If you are going to do fast food and craving a burger this is perfect! Their staff is sooo friendly...like Chick-fil-A friendly.I haven't tried their custard yet, but looks so tempting.
