Drove 20mins! Stood in line for 10 mins just to be told they were out of dairy free ice cream! Not even the sherbet how!? There all kids working back there playing and splashing ice cream around very unsanitary.
Ice cream is just ok… really not worth the price. Martin was totally unwilling to yield even a bit to give good customer service to a 6yr old who didn’t care for the strong flavor of his original order. A small scoop of vanilla would have made a happy kid and instead we got Martin. We won’t go back.
Seems very unprofessional. When I went, all the workers had long hair while they were doing with food, none of them had it tucked back. None of them are in uniforms. They have AirPods in and Ignored you like you didn’t exist.
This is the best ice cream I've ever had. The owners are super friendly. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
I never post bad reviews but this place is a total scam. The picture is of what looks like a giant milkshake for $10. I order a regular milkshake for around $7.50 and they charged me $10. Then I’m like whatever and they hand me what looks like a small milkshake for the large price. Guess it’s the “nitrogen” experience. Total scam job. Stay far away. I’m ok with upselling but run the business with integrity. Milkshake was weak. Save your $.
Love the ice cream, and the service was lovely, too! Such a cool idea. The ice cream is so smooth and flavorful. A favorite stop of ours when at the mall!
Came in last night with husband nephew and niece and husband said his cookie monster shake was really good. Niece ordered chocolate ice cream cut with animal crackers. They put nuts on her ice cream and then she wouldnt eat it because of the nuts so wasted 6 bucks on that. I ordered a non dairy milkshake. Only to have cramps at midnight and so on next morning. Wasnt dairy free. Im not sure if it was a language barrier or just didnt care. But the lady taking orders didnt seem like she wanted to be there and rolled her eyes when I explained my food sensitivities and asked if there were any dairy free flavors or toppings. Will not be back. If your dairy free you need to be more considerate to people with food allergies/sensitivities. Some have very bad stomach upset for hours or even days if something is in there they cannot have.
The two young guys working had horrible customer service. Light skin guy didn’t speak. Yarned didn’t cover his mouth or turn his head. They both acted like they didn’t want to come into work. A place like this you should be excited to work at. No mask no hair nets for none of the workers. Good ice cream. Large is actually a small. So you’re paying for the experience.
We liked the ice creams and it’s a very cool experience to watch, the kids enjoyed it and my flavor -pistachio- was good
Cool experience my kids loved it,the ice cream was good.The staff aren’t friendly no one spoke when we came in they didn’t smile or seem like they wanted to be there.my kids were so excited they didn’t interact with them they rushed through making the ice cream.
