Great service and consistently good food. Always the “go to” for comfort food.
Went a couple days ago. Honey was a great Waitress! Everyone's food came out perfectly and drinks never emptied and got everything we needed to have a good meal. We also got to-go food too and it came out timed perfectly as we finished our food. Definitely will be coming back ?Honey if you are seeing this, thank you!
My server A. was amazing and a joy to talk with, however, I waited 40 minutes to be seated, placed my order and in an hour plus, never got my food. The server placed my checkout bill on the table for my convenience with a disclaimer that it would be about 5-10 more minutes before my food would come out. Mind you, this is just a two person table. ? Although they tried to appease me by offering me the chance to take my meal with me in togo containers, that was not the meal I came in for.

This Is For Cracker Barrel Stores In General. Cracker Barrel use to be our go to place. We would meet people there, have a place we could get good food that did not have a lot of calories (Grilled Chicken) and loved to have breakfast with friends. I know restaurants are having issues, but when you cannot even keep your website working correctly. Wanted to the grilled chicken, but it was not on the website, but we could order it on the phone, but could not do curbside pickup. This is a CB staple, why is it not on the website. Tried to have breakfast with friends, 1 1/2 hours. I am not sure all the problems they are having, but we are just about to give up. Cracker Barrel, time to make some changes and get back to how great you use to be.
If you’re going to this location then check in online (like we did), otherwise the wait is long. We sat for twenty minutes before our waitress noticed us staring, then took another five minutes to come back and take our order. Fifteen minutes later most of our drinks came out. Another ten for the biscuits. Our food finally arrived an hour after ordering. We had to ask three different times every time we needed a refill, and even that couldn’t be done correctly apparently. The check was also split wrong, but after being there an hour and half we didn’t care. At least the food was tolerable. Also feel bad for the waitress, who obviously needed help. I’ll just make my own breakfast at home next time.
I have not been to this cracker barrel in a while. My sister moved out of the area. I have been going to the braselton cracker barrel. Usually ordered beforehand. Wasn't prepared did it to go order in the restaurant. Great people great food.
Food not good any more. Ate lunch a couple weeks ago and ordered apple pie which shows a big scoop of ice cream on top. When it was brought out, it had none. The waitress said it would cost extra. The little sign said 3.99 with the ice cream. She went and said she could give me a little ice cream as long as she didn't fet caught. Ended up costing more. This is not like other Cracker Barrel restaurants.
Good food at a reasonable price $$ decent service but be prepared to wait and have a little patience. I ordered a baked potato but it wasn't done (still very firm) I like my baked potato soft. The waitress offered to take it back but I didn't want to wait any longer. My food was warm and not hot
I ordered the catfish with hash brown casserole and coleslaw. My fiance ordered chicken fried steak with hash brown casserole and fried okra. Catfish was ok but everything else was cold. Fried okra was hard, and her chicken whatever was well not sure what it was. After eating there I don't know if I will ever go back. All the great memories from my past experiences just got ruined. Very disappointed ?
