Food was salty couldn’t even eat it
The guy making my meal gave the family before me HUGE HAND FULLS of cheese. I mean HUGE! These people ordered 5 bowls. When I got up to the counter he said he was out of cheese and refused to get more from the back. I feel this was done because he FAVORED the family before myself. Then I call Chipotle to speak with a manager but of course the team isn't available and its a recording. Bad customer service all the way around. Disgusting.
I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, but honestly won’t be coming back anymore , this location for sure lost me as a customer , employees are unprofessional and have attitude , they also put such small portions of chicken for a huge bowl, they’re VERY stingy with chicken, most of the times the rice is undercooked, sometimes the chicken is also so chewy like gum, what is up with that? This place definitely needs to be checked up.
Ordered food online which was scheduled to be ready for pick up by 9pm.When i got there the food wasn’t ready and had to wait almost 30 minutes while they were serving other new customers who came after me. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait.The burrito bowl we ordered had barely any chicken in it.
If your a vegetarian this is the place you go!!! They offer meat and extra meat you still get nothing.... i havent had chipotle in over 10 years i can see why... over hyped over price rice with sauce whether or not a bowl or a burrito the only thing good about this experience is the chips and cheese taste like the brown bag it came in i was so hungry i had no choice!!!
i love chipotle, i do not mind spending my money here at all but everytime i come this cashier named krystal always has the biggest attitude. she makes me hate coming here but it’s the closest chipotle to me. all i’m saying is if you hate your job that much you should quit krystal. thanks
The chicken rice bowl was excellent
Just got my food via Uber eats and there was this long strand of hair inside my salad entangled in the cheese! Disgusting!! Please wear hair nets and mask! Lettuce leaves are gross!!!Update my family has now counted 3 long strands of hair in our food. Brown and blonde. PLEASE wear hair nets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! Everyone needs a food handlers certification there! We should not be eating and pulling hair out of our mouths! Clearly someone does not care!
love this chipotle location! they’re never stingy with the servings and even when the line is long, they move quickly! i once had a question between the carnitas and the barbacoa and she was very nice and let me try a sample!
You could tell they had a really busy night but they were still hanging in there. It did not take long to get my food and it was fresh. I got a steak bowl.
