I literally forgot to take a picture of the Southwestern Egg rolls but they are SO freaking good. Seriously. They’re so good, and the Salmon is off the charts amazing. I was very very delighted by Chilis and trust me I will be back for that Salmon hahahah- the mash potatoes are off the charts and the broccoli. I mean literally the whole plate took off into space. The long island is good, at first it was too sweet but nothing to mention, so the next one was better. Ask and you shall receive and lets just say my order this time was nothing unforgettable. Also cant forget my amazing waitress which I forgot her name, but she was delightful. The place is clean, and I didn’t have any issues.
It was a Friday night, so it was understandable that there was a wait. Our server (sorry, didn't catch their name) was really nice and apologized for everything, but it wasn't their fault. My mother and I got our drinks, and my husband ordered a beer, but I believe that the person who delivered the drinks probably wasn't old enough to bring the beer, which is understandable. When the bottled beer eventually got to the table, it was warm and flat.We ordered the Texas cheese fries with chili and jalapeños for an app, which got to our table quick and was tasty.When our food was delivered, the person who brought the food told my mom that her coleslaw would be right out. My husband's burger and fries weren't warm, and my mom's corn on the cob was cold; the butter wasn't melting.The server came by and refilled our drinks and asked how everything was, so my mom mentioned that she was waiting for the coleslaw. Sever apologized and went to get it and apologized again when they gave it to her.They both enjoyed their food, but it could have been better.Again, we understand that it was busy and things happened.? I gave them 5 stars not because the food was amazing(it was fine) but because the service was 5 stars. From the host to the waiter to the food runners. Everything was fast and good. In the middle of the pandemic most places have gotten worse but this Chili's has not lost a step!
We checked in at curbside takeout and waited 20 minutes before finally walking in. Food was sitting on a rack getting cold. Used a reward for free queso. Only got one bag of chips and one salsa when we usually get 2 bags and 2 salsas when we order chips and salsa and queso.. I'm going to have to stop tipping in advance. 8-(Apparently using their rewards offers screws you over...
I ordered delivery from DoorDash. Both of my orders were messed up and missing items and the food quality was terrible. I should’ve been paid to eat it. Every time I’ve eaten at this restaurant the food and service has always been great. I guess whomever is in the kitchen could care less about delivery orders since they can’t be sent back. I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.
Ordered a fajita that came out cold not sizzling but the table next to me got the same and was piping hot. When I asked why mine wasn't as hot as the next table my waitress (Cheria) simply said. You ordered chicken they got shrimp. So I guess seafood comes out hot and not chicken. Also charged me for a coke I never ordered. It took her 3 attempts to bring the correct receipt. And they clean the tables so if you do eat here you might wanna bring some clorox whipes and a teleprompter so your server can take it back to the kitchen for an accurate order.
Placed a Togo order on line was quoted 30 minutes till my order is ready 1.5 hours past my order entry I was told it was going to be a longer wait till my food is ready completely unacceptable
We went to this location because the Chili's next to the Mall of Georgia was completely empty, while all the restaurants around it were packed. Bad sign.The Hamilton Mill location is a little old. The floors weren't very clean, and the tables are very worn. The service was great and our food was pretty good. I just think it's time to update the inside of the restaurant.
I’m as big of a Chilis fan as a person can be and have been for 10 years. This is a pretty bad Chilis.
Our server was MJ and she rocked! She was working behind the bar plus additional tables and did a great job! Super friendly and great service! Not to mention, I left my wallet on the seat and she immediately found it and came outside looking for me to return it. Thank you MJ so much! May you be blessed for your kindness & honesty!
