We ordered our dinner to go tonight and every one's meal was acceptable except for mine. I know that chili's is not a steakhouse, so I would never usually complain about their steak, but this was truly the worst steak I've ever had. It was supposed to be a $20 ribeye but it tasted and looked like rubber. I could not get more than a few bites in before I decided to call the restaurant and ask for my money back. When I called the hostess was nice and told me she was going to put me on hold while she grabbed the manager... 40 minutes later I was still on hold and that's when I started to get a little annoyed. I finally hung up and called back and spoke with the hostess again. She apologized and put me back on hold only to come back on the phone a minute later and tell me that her manager, Chris, was in the kitchen and too busy to talk to me, but that she would give him my name and number. I could have handled going without a meal if I had just gotten my refund and been able to move on with my life, but at this point, I feel the need to say something out of principle. This whole situation was handled so unprofessionally and I am disappointed to say the least
We had the Cajun chicken Alfredo without the Cajun and it's was cheesy like yellow sharp cheese. At first I thought it was macaroni and cheese.I sent it back.The manager never came over to ask any questions. When the bill came my meal was still on the bill. We had to ask it be removed since I only ate three noodles.Once again no manager came to our table. We noticed another table had issues with their food and once again no manager in site.
Worst service ever... Something have to be done. Night crew is awful. One of the servers was also attending tables and serving drinks. What a Joke. The Kitchen Manager seems to not care either. Waited 20 to 25 mins on 4/15/2022. Only reason I went was because it was open until midnight. Had 2 drinks and left the bar. Just to found out, the appetizer was not ordered with the drinks. GM is here to blame all of these. Really a joke of a restaurant
Clean restaurant. Some dishes were extremely salty though. The strawberry lemonade was good.
So this was a last minute decision and I am really glad we did! They were short staffed but that didn't take away from the service. We had an amazing server and he helper. We had awesome food and loved every minute of it!
The wait was extremely long! With a phone call before we arrived asking what the wait time was 25 minutes. Once we got there from five minutes down the road, the wait time went up to 45 minutes. After waiting out side for 50 minutes I went inside to ask why was the wait so long being that there were so many empty seats and tables inside. I was told that they were understaffed. There were 3 server's "ONLY" working. So, them we waited another 30 minutes. HORRIBLE!Once we got inside we had a good server by the name of "Wesley." He made it a little more relaxing for us. He took our orders right away. But, then we waited a very long time again before food was brought out. The food was good. But, my oh my! We spent our entire evening waiting to get inside and be seated and waiting for our food. By the time the food came we were all so hungry and tired.Thanks for the food tasting so good. But, no thanks to the longest Wait that I've ever had at a restaurant.
I just want to say the young gentleman working on bringing the order online orders out to your car on super bowl Sunday was amazing. He was so polite and on top of it. Thank you for your amazing customer service.
I was very displeased with my experience with Chili's yesterday I had curb service pickup checked-in waited and waited never had my order finally went in picked up the order myself what do bartender here's the only one that I can get any attention to and ask him why didn't they bring that to me I checked in I thought it might be because you're busy I saw several employees standing around talking and I asked him well my orders probably going to be cold and he looked at the ticket and they said well it could be time you get home anyway so I had no food I didn't even get my order complete or correct and I did not get the curbside service I will think again before I go to Chili's and waste an hour and 15 minutes what I'm surprised is the bartenders reply like he didn't care for the cold or not I should have got that order free right then right now and let me cook you some more you want five star going to have to do better than what you did last night
Wow this place here I’ve place an Togo and I got raw food and milted ice cream I asked to speak with a manager nobody showed up to help I strongly recommend another location this one is going to make you sick
Burgers are great and very large. The vegetarian black bean fajita's are amazing we all love the chips and queso. The people that work there are really nice!!
