Love that we can dine in again! Brody loves chicken nuggets for breakfast ?
So i normally wld just let something like this slide bc It was an honest mistake but I was really hungry and so excited to get chick fil a bc i hadn’t gotten it in a while.I was going to work so this would have been the only meal to hold me over for 6 hours. i always get chicken strips and they gave me an 8 count nugget meal and even on my bag and receipt It said 4 count strips, so i was a little annoyed and then there was the fact they made me pull in front up to a cone to wait for two sweet tea ,drinks which took at least 8 or 9 minutes to come out while i’m blocking the front door of the restaurant and people are looking at me crazy. All in all i just feel like this location has gone a little down hill compared to how It previously operated.
A little difficulty getting through the drive through entry lines to park. Once in, the counter staff was very pleasant and got the order right the first time. We ask for GF with no marinade and this location was not only happy to accommodate, but had a button to make it easy. Very happy with this location and the Operator is clearly customer service driven with his staff.
I love going to Chick-fil-A especially the one on Hamilton Mill Rd in Buford. I get a piece of mind when I come through the drive-through because I know my order will be right. I don't know what about today was so different but whoever normally runs the evening shift you can tell was not in the building. My food was all wrong. I had to go back through the long line to get it fixed. They also got the two cars ahead of me orders wrong also. The universe must be all screwed up today because that never happens in my experience. I come to your organization and wait for however long with a smile on my face because I love the consistency from Chick-fil-A but today those standards were not met. I hope this doesn't happen again because Chick-fil-A is the one of very few fast food places my family can trust nowadays.
I have had a few issues with this location.. first the picture I’ve taken a couple bites and I’m pretty much eating bread ? then i was there the other day and they forgot half my order when I tried to tell the lady she points at the receipt and says “well this is what you paid for” and turned around and started talking to another girl. Lol I went to another lady and she helped me and I paid for the rest of the meal that was forgotten. Paying for it wasn’t the issue, I just needed to add to it since I guess it got mixed up when I was ordering (which is Ok). Then I did the whole if you donate 15 dollars you’ll get a gift card and they ran out of gift cards? And pretty much told me “sorry we ran out of gift card, do you want a brownie instead?” Lol are you kidding? I told them no that I just paid $15 bucks for a brownie? I asked if I could get a gift card for that amount since they sold me on what they were offering or what they sold me on. They pretty much threw 2 brownie gift card in my car that expired in 2 weeks ? i wasn’t going to argue so I just drove off.
Excellent dine in experience. Ordered in the app before arrival, picked a table, and our food delivered a few minutes after updating our table number in the app
These guys definitely have an understanding of customer service.. Even though the dining room was not open it was zip in and zip out. Don't change your style Of customer service.
Started having problems with this location messing up or leaving out items in our order in the past 6 months or so. Last trip there a couple weeks ago, they only gave us 1 of our 4 meals from our mobile order and then couldn't have cared less when I went inside to have them fix it. Still got 1 item wrong even then! Just not up to CFA standards in my opinion and won't be going back.
The four stars are because this Chick-fil-A meets every expectation for almost every visit I’ve had! The staff is kind, efficient, and works hard to get your food out quickly! The loss of one star is because of a recent problem and interaction that I had. I ordered two milkshakes and a large fry for my wife and I through the mobile app. It was not until she arrived at home that we realized both milkshakes were made incorrectly and the large fry was never given to us. (The reason we didn’t catch that until later was because my wife was the one getting the food and did not know I ordered a large fry.) I just went back by this Chick-fil-A again and mentioned the problem to the girl in the drive-through. Instead of offering to include that large fry I had already paid for or a milkshake that was made correctly, she asked if I wanted to purchase another fry or milkshake and add it to my current order. This really doesn’t seem like a big problem and at most restaurants it wouldn’t be, but Chick-fil-A has a bar that is set very high and I think they pride themselves in that! I was just sad to see how this was handled and no, I did not want to order another fry and pay for it after not receiving my first one.
Rude older lady working the drive thru! The car in front of me and myself wanted to order lunch. I have always been able to order lunch during breakfast time i just have to wait a little longer. She told us we had 10 more mins and could not order lunch. I explained i have never had that problem. She said her computer wouldnt even allow her to enter anything other than breakfast, which is a lie!!!! She told myself and the other car we can come back later. She had a horrible attitude! I will not be back! This is the first chick fil a employee i have come across that is actually rude! She wont last long!
