I couldn’t tell if she said her name was Christy or Christine. I called her to let her know I placed a mobile order for breakfast but it was 10:26 and she informed me to check in as if I was at the restaurant. Then she made my order for me that way I wouldn’t miss out on breakfast! It was ready as soon as I got here at 10:40. What an amazing team member! Made my day :)
Just tried Chick-fil-A at Mall of Georgia for lunch. That was a mistake. $10 fora grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was mostly lettuce and bun,with a really small piece of chicken in it, soft waffle fries, no napkins. I went back and complained, got some free nuggets so it feels like had something like a meal. Threw away most of the fries. The manager was robotically friendly but I got the feeling it would be the same if I ever came back (unlikely).
Why there are never any black employees at the checkout but always outside!
For someone who goes to chick fil a on the daily I would say this isnt the best one. I understand they are busy but I mobile order everything and when my app says its ready it still takes them soo much more time. I see my order is sometimes ready on their side and theyre just talking or on their phones while im waiting for my food. They also occasionally mess up and take forever to ask whats the issue.A positive thing is that they rarely mess up and are generally friendly.
I was at this food court Mall of GA Chick-fil-A on Friday the 27th and I picked up a mobile order; however, they forgot my medium Mac and cheese. I didnt check my food until I was my car so I didn’t really feel like walking all the way back in the Mall. I called and spoke to Jared (I THINK that was his name) and he was very nice and willing to help me. His customer service is fantastic and I’m glad I spoke to someone who was so willing to help me. He told me I would get a reward back on my app for a Mac and Cheese. But I just checked it today and there isn’t any rewards or new points or anything.This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last year where different managers at different locations promise I’ll get a reward back but it never showed up. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from this specific location and it will be the last. Im not trying to blame any employees AT ALL cause I know mistakes happen. I’m honestly just more frustrated with the CFA app. It works great and it’s really convenient, but once an order is messed up, you probably won’t get anything back. My advice is to resolve your issue right away in-store and don’t try calling because nothings gonna happen and you’re just wasting you and the managers’ time. You won’t get anything back on your app so it’s just not worth calling. Go fix your issue in-store, CFA will always be able to fix it that way.But thank you Jared for being willing to help. Your customer service is 10/10
You always get food fast no matter how busy they are. Employees are always friendly. Order always right.
Forgot all my sauces, line was ridiculous, customers were touching each others food in the mobile order line. There was a mobile + catering line as well as a carry out line which makes no sense to me. And to top it all off they barely filled the fries halfway. There goes $25 down the drain. Thanks CFA.
Super irritating when you work a 10hr shift and choose chick fil a because it's usually the fastest by mobile ordering yet it took 15 min to get my food after my order already failing once in the app which left me really only ten minutes to sit down and eat. It use to be super quick! What's changed? If you're ordering through mobile and you work at the mall you might as well order 15 min ahead before you even go on break
