Literally the most pathetic chick fil a i’ve ever been to. i have had a bad experience the past 5 times being there and didn’t write a review till now to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was the worst. it’s raining and no one taking orders outside meant that i had to sit in like for 30 min before someone could take my order. i was in line at 10:00 and got to the ordering screen at 10:31 and was unable to order breakfast even tho i sat in line for 30 min waiting. there’s a canopy outside for workers to stand under for a reason. literally the most pathetic chick fil a i’ve ever been to. didn’t order anything because who eats lunch at 10:30?
The food was good, the only reason I gave four stars is that the parking lot it is so confusing. There is a lane / cones that directs cars to the drive-thru or exit, the exit lane goes through parking spaces. All of the other parking spaces are marked with curbside pickup signs. That led me to believe that there was no dining inside, so I got in the Drive-Thru, which took longer because there was a long line. I would rather have sat down to eat, but there appeared to be no place to park. When I asked the person who took my order about that, she said oh you can park anywhere. The exit Lane was so close to the parking spaces that it would have probably been difficult to even park and eat in my car there.
We always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! Although their drive-thru moves pretty fast, I prefer to park and do curbside pickup. They also deliver if you live close enough.
The mac and cheese is disgusting and taste almost like it came from a box and only reason I came. Apparently different locations have different kinds because the tucker location one is unique and Delicious. Never coming here again.
Atrocious customer service. I ordered at 8 AM and it said it would be delivered at 9 AM. Now it says 11 AM. 3 HOURS FOR A DELIVERY? And when you call the restaurant they forward you to VM. Worst Chick Fil A I've ever dealt with. 0 customer service. And they want to serve me 3 hour old food now? Calling corporate for a refund since the store refuses to answer.
My food never seems fresh. Even though I come during the busiest hours. My food is always like warm. Maybe it’s just this location. However, cold fries are not good neither is a cold chicken sandwich
Even though it was super busy, there was an employee directing traffic. The line ran smoothly and quickly, the food was perfect as it always is at ANY Chick Fil A I go to. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
The location I visited was not what it used to be. Their "new" process is the worst. They want you to exit through the same line people are entering. They use cones to control the lines. By the time I got home, less than 3 miles away, my food was cold. I'm hoping a district manager will come and act like a customer without the employees knowing and go through the line.
To begin with, both our chick fil a sandwiches were good. The problem is that for the third time in a row I ordered chicken tortilla soup as my side. For the third time in a row, there were no tortilla strips and no spoon to eat it with. This was a problem because all three times we were eating in our car. So, the soup was wasted. Also for the third time in a row, my husband ordered fries as his side. For the third time in a row, his fries were extremely soggy and terrible. I love chick fil a, but I won’t go back to this one.
Love chickfila always. Just feel like the parking situation is a bit much. They barely have enough space making the line super long and hard to get in or out. However they still try to get your order out as quickly as they can.
