I can’t believe the reviews don’t reflect our experience. My husband and I were a bit apprehensive to come here but I am SO glad we did. We have to avoid gluten and we were so impressed with the food quality, freshness, flavor, and options for a Greek bowl. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, thought the employees were friendly, and can’t wait to try the location in our home state.

I usually love this place! The food is great however when I order online they put very little food. I just shake my salad up and it was barely halfway full. $12 for this meal, just disappointed.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised with their Mediterranean options. Everything was super fresh and tasty and their craft sodas and lemonades really top off the experience. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Recommended...

Cava has really great food. The staff is very friendly at this location. My wife and I had a great lunch. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but for the overall quality of the food and the drinks, it's very much worth what you are paying. The restaurant was clean and had an open atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Great job guys! Keep up the great work! I highly recommend the Greek Chicken Pita! I will definitely be back and brag to my friends and family for the experience!

Ok I hate to write bad reviews. But I have been to this specific location multiple times. And the attitude of the servers are really bad. I love the food. This review is based on today’s interaction as today was that good either service wise. Girl name “SHAY” needs to learn customer service. You can literally see through her mask that she is not happy serving. Starts off with can I add brown rice with greens she puts white with greens. Asked her to change it as my mom doesn’t eat white rice. That it never got any better. Wondering if anyone really looks into the service.

I thought I had found my new favorite restaurant in Buford. The food is tasty and my first few visits were pretty good. I wasn’t too upset when certain items were out of stock, as I know there have been supply chain issues and try to be understanding with staff shortages. Service at this location has never been great but the taste of the food made up for it. That was until yesterday. I ordered a bowl with lentils and as I began to eat I noticed that many of them were rock hard. As they were scattered throughout my bowl I couldn’t really just move them to the side but eating them felt like I might break a tooth. I kindly told the lady at the register so she would be aware and maybe they would remove them and replace them with properly cooked ones. I tried to eat once again but it was just not a pleasant experience so I walked back up and asked if I could just get another bowl without the lentils. Seeming to be irritated she asked someone working in the kitchen who gave her approval and told me to get in line. I didn’t want to just stand in front of all the others in line so I kindly offered to go to the end of the line to order a new bowl. The line in CAVA moves very slowly so this was generous of me . The response when they finished my new bowl was shocking as the lady at the cash register basically pushed the bowl towards me and made no apology for the major inconvenience. My husband had long since finished his meal and was patiently waiting for me to return. Turns out this will not be my go to restaurant in Buford as I will not be returning. I doubt anyone working at this location cares but I can spend my money at a restaurant that offers properly cooked food and good service.

Cava is my favorite restaurant and there isn't even a close second place.I could literally eat it every day and not get tired of it because of the variety they have. Cava has the healthiest and best tasting food, especially compared to its cost. Bowls are about $10 to $11 which is an outstanding value for the quantity of food they give you. Plus, this is one of the few places you can go to that freshly prepares their food. There are frequent food outages in some ingredients but I think this will very likely improve as the global supply chain issues are resolved. Also, the staff are always very kind and friendly. If you haven't been, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I usually come here 2-3 times a week and love it but tonight definitely was a bad experience. Me and my husband was out all day and wanted Cava for dinner. We arrived at 9:30 to be told they are CLOSED, we check the hrs before we got there and it said 10. There were 4 young ladies just standing around and it seemed like they just didn't want to make anything..We went up the street to another restaurant that closed at 10 and was happy to serve us. This location may have lost a customer tonight.

This place is amazing! Their flavors are fun, different, and always fresh! You can build your own Greek bowl or pita wrap. It's so delicious and different! The service is wonderful and they're always helpful with recommendations. This has become a new regular favorite restaurant!

This is a great place for healthier alternatives. We loved Zoe's Kitchen and we love Cava.My wife got the Spicy Chicken Bowl and I got the Spicy Chicken Pita Wrap. Both were fantastic! The harissa has a beautiful heat so be forewarned. If its too spicy you can add some zatziki to temper it a little.I'm glad we have a place to go again that proids an alternative to fat food and burgers.
