I never post reviews but if I could give this location zero stars I would. I love Burger King but I never received such poor service and humiliation. I placed a mobile order and when I went to go pick it up the door was locked the assistant manager tried to tell me to go through the drive-through and I explained to her I walked here I did not drive she still had me go through the drive-through I was so embarrassed and humiliated I was the only person in a drive-through car lane standing to pick up a mobile order that I placed under pick up.
So i never really post reviews especially when it comes to drive through bht knowing that this ever king is in a good area i’m surprised at the service. there’s a line of cars and unfortunately the employees are ignoring everyone and taking there selfies while on the clock. pictures and videos will be sent to management. hopefully someone with a brain can do something.
Even though it was 5 minutes to close, they still to a large order with a great attitude, being in food service I know how it is, but the level of respect they had I appreciate, Ethan is the man
After a 15 minute wait at the drive thru speaker, we were finally able to place our order. The food was adequate, but nothing to get excited about. It seemed they could only handle two orders at a time and then customers had to wait until the previous orders were completed.
Still great whopper. We are ,70+ years oldI know for sure we have been going there since 1966. Not this one over here in Atlanta or rather Lawrenceville but the one in Monroe Louisiana. On highway 80. Still good service at the window and still great taste from the Whopper.
Haven't been to burger King in years, wanted to try something different from fast food
Ordered on BK app to pick up in drive thru. Arrived and store was closed. Took my money in seconds, corporate says 3 to 5 days for refund.
I will serve the original chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun. It will still good but what happened, somebody dropped the ball on ordering the right supplies ?♀️
Please don't order from this place. Just did delivery from their app and their store days they don't close until 9pm.Placed my order at 7:20pm. The delivery driver said she pulled up and that the BL people said there wasn't any order and they shut the windows.It's so petty for a few burgers.
Dated interior, sticky floor, and non attentive staff...waited so long to order, I had time to take a photo with no one noticing or ever looking up from their phones...this was @ 636pm 12/6/21
