Customer service is horrible. I could not hear her saying anything because of her microphone and started giving me an attitude. I had a gift card and as soon as she saw that she goes I don't know she has something and told someone else in there. Then they said they cannot read my gift card bar code and i had to dig and give them the actual number. And the proceeded to say I have to pay the remaining and of course I would. But she could not get it work or something. The lady from earlier came back from the back and said just give her the food and say goodbye like they are doing me a favor. When I came home I knew that they messed up my order. They did not put any condiments that I asked for and the fries tasted like they have not changed their oil forever. They need to improve their customer service and do something about their attitude. The whole time I felt like I did something wrong and they are doing me a favor!
I'm big on customer service. So with that being said, they this location hasn't disappointed thus far.
Food not bad. Terrible service. Not sure if they are short handed or what but sat in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes total. It was 2pm so there was no lunch rush or anything.
I should of looked at the reviews before I spent $ 11:00 on a meal only to get sick from the undercooked burger I took a bite of.
Horrible experience. Employees working have no care in the world (1 lady, 3-4 men). Burger was cold and made incorrectly. Fries were cold and mushy. We asked to get fresh fries and the guy at the window (who looked stoned) said “yea I mean I can get you fries but it’ll take 2 minutes…” FYI if you are going to work in customer service actually WORK to serve the customer! Never going to this locations again. For management and corporate it was Sunday December 26th around 2:45pm.
Excellent service, even though it appeared to be run by one guy. Outstanding!
If I could give it zero stars I would. The guy at the drive thru was rude, didn’t even give me the sauces I asked for, got the food for the person behind me first when I had a mobile order already put in. Chicken sandwiches were salty and sloppy. The cheeseburgers had no extra onions that were extra cost, no cheese and the bottom bun was almost burnt. The fries were trash. This Burger King is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Get your restaurant together, guys or just close it down. For only having a couple cars in the drive thru the whole time I was there, I see no reason why it was that bad. I will never go back there.
Fast & friendly. Hot and tasty food.
Drive thru was fast and friendly my bacon,egg,cheese cresandwich was cold and shriveled up. I threw it out the window in the expressway. Fortunately,the hash rounds were hot it's all I had for breakfast.
Can’t hardly even order at drive thru before interrupted and told to move to window. Like always didn’t get my cream and sugar for coffee or any other condiments.
