It was horrible. The people that work there don't know how to treat people and they are really rude. Is a fast food and they take forever to give you the food
This burger king always has the slowest service. They frequently get my order wrong even if they have several people working and no customers. None of the employees were masked and their health score is not posted on their drive through window. They need new management.
Attempted to order from their 2 for 6 sandwiches. Apparently the sign that states what is offered isn't what they honor. I was told that saturating yesterday their manager stopped offering anything but the original chicken sandwich or the big fish. The other options have been stopped. Employee is also unprofessional using statements like "bruh" when talking to customers. Not sure who is managing this location but they need to train their employees better.
Long wait in the drive thru. Received my order and it was incorrect. Fries were hot but the burger was not fresh.
Due to Covid, only drive thru was available. Doesn't listen to what customer's ordering. Manager came to fix the order and refund previous amount.
Still you cannot go inside and order this will be the last time I ever go to this Burger King. You know I have a sprinter and can't go through the drive-thru and the drive-thru line is like dragging an anchor through mud the slowest restaurant can't go inside to order.
Got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. First they messed up my order at the drive thru, then went inside to get it fixed and they still messed it up. How?!??!? Save your time and energy
Stood there for 10 mins, 2 ppl were taking care of drive thru orders. They saw us but neither did they told someone else to attend nor themselves they did acknowledge that we are waiting patiently. Food was okay.
This may be the worst BK in Georgia. I places my order in the drive thru then paid and was asked round pulled forward while they finished my order. As I waited I got caught up in my phone until I had realized it had been 20 min I had been waiting so I went inside to get my order when I saw all the employees except for 1 coming back inside from smoking. When I told the lady I was waiting for my order she took a minute to recall that she asked me to pull forward then looked for the ticket and it was nowhere to be found. All the employees went back to work without washing their hands and it took another 20 min to get my order.
It was the lunch rush, but these guys had it together. Efficient, friendly, and respectful. Most fast-food workers these days seem like they couldn't care less if they had customers, but this team was super helpful and friendly, acknowledging and communicating with customers in a respectful and cordial way.
