Not impressed with our last few trips to this BWW. We originally had great experiences but the last two times we dined in the restaurant our service was terrible, seems like an establishment ran by high schoolers. Everyone is one their phones or talking to their co-workers not paying attention to the customer. We tried take out to see if that would change anything, if actually was worse. This is a picture of the “full” order of fried pickles we ordered. I don’t know if it’s just me but that doesn’t look like a full order plus they were burnt along with the boneless wings so we couldn’t eat either of them. Hoping corporate steps in soon otherwise this location is going to keep going downhill.

"It'll just be a couple of minutes" was something I heard five times while waiting on 10 chicken wings. If not for the coupon I had (that was about to expire), I would've left.My wife and I arrived and there was no host. We waited 10 minutes until one finally arrived and were told we'd be seated in 20-25 minutes despite the restaurant only being half full. That 25 minutes was actually 40 and we waited an additional hour for food. Because he placed our order as soon as we were seated.The restaurant is also in rough shape. Tables were missing things, the QR decal was worn out. At least our waitress was ever-present and the food was really good.I get it, the restaurant was short-staffed front-to-back, but a warning would've been nice. Cut off part of the restaurant, tell customers to expect a longer wait.

Came in at 10:00 PM on a Friday. Did not look busy in the dining room, and then proceeded to wait THIRTY MINUTES after being seated before we were noticed by waitstaff. The table was "wiped down" but as you can see, we were given dirty menus and specials cards. It took about 10 minutes for my wings to come out but the other food on the order was both incorrect, overcooked, and barely warm. It took 30 minutes for the kitchen to produce a wrap. Our server Lauren was both apologetic and absent but, even while apologizing for how slow the kitchen was, seemed very non-engaged with us as customers. I understand that Fridays in the serving community are either feast or famine, but as a customer I should be treated at least with a modicum of respect. Had I been able to find another restaurant to eat at, I would have gotten up and walked out. It will be a while before I return to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely amazing! I was greeted with a warm smile. I must say that the staff members are absolutely friendly. My server Brie was absolutely amazing, she checked up on my table and made sure that we were doing fine. She was very friendly, polite and had a great sense of humor. I definitely enjoyed my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings!!

We were in town to see family and ran over to the mall area for some food. Brie was our waitress and she was so cute and friendly. of course my sons were madly in love with her as only preteen boys can be. She was so sweet and efficient. She made us feel valued and even better our food was good. Next time we visit, we will come again and hope we get Brie.

I placed an order online via the app at 4:42PM today. It said it would arrive at 7:01. So we called to see if that was an accurate time and to make sure we weren't going to receive cold food that would be sitting for hours. Well it was exactly what we received. The tater tots were barely cooked. The burgers, fries, wings, and potato wedges were cold. Not even room temperature. We ordered ranch and celery and carrots with the wings. We did not receive them. Nor the 2 children's drinks. We have tried calling the store for the past 30 minutes with no luck of anyone answering. The wait time alone was unacceptable. But to receive cold food and missing items is absolutely unacceptable. We live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. There is no way it got that cold from the restaurant to our house. Will not be reordering nor going to Buffalo wild wings again. The solution from my online complaint via the website was 1500 blazin rewards points. That buys a 6 pack of wings. That's not a solution on a $60 meal.

There was barely anyone in the restaurant it took forever to be seated, then took forever to get our drinks and food. My son ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich the waitress brings it out and says our version of plain and it has lettuce and tomatoes on it. We send it back all they did was pick off the lettuce and tomatoes. The bun was hard from where they reheated it and the chicken was soggy from the tomatoe. It took forever for them to bring it out like that. They bring it out the 3rd time with pickels and sauce on it. Absolutely ridiculous. Fries were not hot and were hard. I give it a 0 out of 10 today!

If I could give it a 0, I would. I went in and sat at the bar and order a beer and wings at 815 pm. I saw 5 different parties come in and get their food before I was served mine. The lady at the bar claimed they had a wait on wings and it was taking a minute. I waited til 9 pm where I saw two more parties come in and get their food, which was wings and fries from paying attention. I ended up paying for my beer, and they came with the food and manager, which they offered but I refused. Customer service was more important than free food. I'm going to make sure I carry this onto the better business bureaus as I did feel like I was racially profiled against. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

Extremely racist towards Hispanics. Worst customer service ever. Ordered ahead of time, went in to get my order (since it showed on my phone the order was ready) walked in and ask for my order to the 2 hostess up front. They both had an attitude saying “the order will be on the cart once it’s ready” so I asked Them to check for it because my phone said it was ready. Well one of them went to check it out really upset. I don’t get it honestly, you’re not serving, you’re only the hostess, can’t get mad for doing your job. If you don’t like your job then look for something else. We as customers don’t deserve such treatment. And I’m only giving that 1 star cause obviously don’t have the option for 0!!I can tell y’all are not dedicated to excellence as you claim to be.Y’all should really retrain your employees or better hired capable ones.
