It's alright? Chicken sandwich was good and hot but that was kind it. Fries were marketed as "seasoned" fries but didn't taste salted. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like milk gravy and bland.Placed my ordered at the drive thru and watched the cashier take out two bags of trash before giving me my order after I got to the window.
I'm extremely disappointed with fast food restaurants in general but my main issue is the customer service. I've been to this location a few times and not ONE time have I ever been greeted or spoken to outside of how much money I owe.I'm not looking for a song and dance but it's like BASIC customer service doesn't even exist anymore. I'm not sure if absolutely no parents out there are teaching their kids manners or if managers have ZERO expectations when it comes to employees doing more than ask for money. We live in sad pathetic times.
Went for breakfast. Had a fast n friendly experience the breakfast was really wonderful we took it to the park and ate. The only thing that I could complain about is the fact that when you order them hash rounds there is only like 3 or 4 in the bag and for the price they cost is just think that is cutting it a LITTLe short. This is not the only store that does this so I think its within the company not then stores. But they should really look into it.. Other than that the experience was good.
Our go to bojangles on the way to Atl. One of the ladies was getting our food ready and threw it away because it didn't look right and felt she wouldn't eat it either and got us fresh. Always on point, love this location
I go several times a week. The breakfast is always so good! The biscuts are delicious ?! Each morning I am greeted with a smile and speedy service. I recommend if you are in the Buford/Suwanee area to stop and grab a meal to start your day.
I have never eaten at Bojangles before and the location in Buford Ga did not disappoint. If you have a severe peanut allergy like I do(only allergic since about two years ago) it's hard to find something other than Chickfila to eat at. Tons of places use peanut oil to fry their food in. Bo's doesn't!!! And the chicken was superb. The hash browns where some of the best I've had other than my own or waffles houses.
Quickest service I have had in a long time. The ladies at the counter were very pleasant
My husband and I went there tonight around 6pm. Drive thru is super slow. Two cars in front of me drove off. When I got to window I still had to sit for awhile. There were 3 young guys, and one older guy, in the kitchen moving around like they were lost. I then ask the guy at window, why is it taking so long, he said they have no help in the front. Anyway I give it 3 stars only because the guy smiled, and seemed nice. Also the food was hot. But the wait time, was crazy!!! And the wings are SMALL!!!
We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff was friendly, and the service was speedy. Our food was fresh and served hot!
