Been coming here for years and the food is always delicious. It's hot and ready. Tho the prices have absolutely sky rocketed all of a sudden, and I've been given less portions recently. But other than that the food is really good and the lines go thru quickly, even if there is a very long line.
Prices are too much for this trash.... Paid extra for the shrimp... Looked good from the glass but once I got it up close... It was horrible and looked a little stale... The noodles were good... A little chewy but good... The bourbon chicken was good... Tasted like teriyaki chicken to me though..... The shrimp were basically frozen... They were so cold....I would definitely not recommend this location at all...the orange chicken was hard and cold.. so im not even sure if it was any good.... Had to spit it out... The shrimp had a weird dirty taste to it .. just totally disappointed... Waste of money.... Wish I could get a refund... This was horrible no good
They get through their lines quite quickly and get you in and out fast. If you’re looking to feed your family a meal that will get them full at the Mall of Ga without spending too much then this is the place for you. They give our free samples in case you want to try something before you buy.
Visited this location today 4/24 and while I was eating, found a cluster of eyelash extensions in my rice. I quietly brought the situation to an employees attention and instead of offering any kind of apology, they quickly called me out for lying. As if I just carry around handfuls of lash extensions to drop into my food wherever I go. Not sure why business is conducted in the way that it was today, but I definitely won’t be back.
Just don’t even try to go to this place. Terrible experience every time I go here. I was trying not to write a review but because these terrible experiences happen all the time, this is what yall get. Oh and, before I start, the workers were ALL ASIANS, and they suffered racism to ASIANS. THE SAME RACE AS THEM. First of all, there were two people. One man, one woman. My mother and I ordered many food. One of them was Bourbon chicken. Now the problem starts here. When the woman barely got any Bourbon chicken (It wasn’t even the half of the scoop) so my mother and I were so confused. And then, a white girl behind us asked for the same Bourbon chicken, and they gave 4 handful of each scoop. So I complained about it, and all they said was “There isn’t a difference.” Like, there was a big difference. Which means that they’re rude and giving small portions to asians, the same race that they have. And very nice and giving handful of portion to American-born people. Again, don’t go to here. Please apologize to me and my mother and fix the attitude. If your working at a food place the customer service is the basic of the basic. So racism.
BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT! YOU COULD BE IN DANGER OF A FOOD BORNE ILLNESS!In an effort to deny us a complementary cup of water and force us to purchase a bottle of water, the manager stated that the water in the restaurant was turned off and faucets were not working. I’m filing a complaint today with the county board of health and food inspection to conduct an immediate inspection . If the water is not working, why are they open for business? This represents a clear violation of the health code and the restaurant should be shut down. This would mean that raw food is not being prepared properly, dirty dishes are not being cleaned, sanitation is not occurring, etc. I’m also reaching out to Simon, Mall of Georgia parent company to inform them of this issue. Eat at your own risk!
Today I went to the restaurant first I asked for a glass of water the person who was serving the drinks told me that if I wanted water I would have to buy a bottle of water because the water from the soda machine doesn’t work really, I understand that they need to do business but no need to lie the soda machine does not work without water ??♀️. her attitude was very rude. The chicken and veggies was good but not the lomei this was over cook friend rice was hard.Sad situation it used to be my favorite place to eat Moll of GA .( Maki of Japan ) losing customers.Customer service is very rude.
We have frequently visited Mall of Georgia many times and in the food court the worst food and customer service is of ASIAN CHAO. They always rush customer to buy their stale & cold food and the chicken in samples allows only one person in party. We tried for 2nd Person and they snatched saying that only 1 person per party. Basically rude and unprofessional people doing business. All the employees are unpleasant to deal with. Wont suggest or waste my money here ever!
We always enjoy the food here. They are located inside the Mall of Georgia in the food court. Everything is super tasty. They also allow you to get one free refill of your drink and the food portion is quite generous as shown in my photos. We got the double Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp teriyaki all the time.
