Ordered with the mobile app to make it quicker. We were directed to move past the drive through window to wait. We waited over fifteen minutes before they brought our food out. It had obviously been sitting there waiting the entire time. The fries were in a paper bag that had melted with the steam and heat. Fries were soggy, milkshake was melted. Very disappointed.
I have never been there before. The staff is friendly but I will never eat there again in my life. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. There was a hair in my curly fries ?? If you zoom in, it's right in the middle.
Very poor service. It was extremely hot in the restaurant with heat blowing out of the vents and we asked if it could be turned down and they said they didn’t know how to turn the heat down.
Restaurant was clean. The condiment station was well stocked. Food was served hot. Biggest negative is that it felt like the heat was running in the dining room. It got quite uncomfortable by the time we finished eating.
Arrived at restaurant at 950pm. Restaurant looked open all the lights are on drove up to the drive-thru speaker and the drive-thru speaker informed me that they were closed. It was to my understanding that they did not close till 10 p.m. if I'm a if I am mistaken and they closed at 9 p.m. then they should turn off their lights I don't look open. No worries I looked at Google and there's another Arby's only a few minutes away so I drive to that Arby's but they are closed down so here I am wasting my gas and wasting my time to have an Arby's sandwich . Well the way I figure it out they owe me about 20 bucks don't worry I'm not ever going to go to that Arby's again.
Got home, not all food that I paid for in bag,2 sandwich and large fry missing, I called several times, phone rang multiple times then hangs up.It was 7:30 PM restaurant closes at 8:00 PM so I had to drive back pretty quickly, glad man at window remembered me, I was upset -he said it's okay, but it's not ok, when you have to drive back. Not home till 8:30, 1 hour wasted.I know I should of checked the bag, like my husband said, but I assumed since man at window was an older guy, really polite seemed to know his stuff, I thought maybe manager. Well got all that was missing, but still mad, gas is expensive now days, and food missing was my granddaughter's and my sandwich and my husband fries.The chicken sandwich given was not the one I had ordered, which was the reason I went for in the 1st place, bacon swiss chicken sandwich but like he said it's okay, I've learned my lesson, no need to tell him again not right,, so for now on check you bag before you drive off the drive thru window.
Food was great. Service was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely. Staff was kind. To my family and I. Richard was great! Thank you.
Second time I ordered plain roast beef sandwich and order is wrong. No cheese has ext cheese and was cold. I can’t eat cheese. No more going to Arya’s. I don’t want to spell properly. All fast food place need to close. What is a pepper doing on my cold roast beef sandwich
Nothing short of pathetic. I personally would be ashamed to work there or to be affiliated with this location in any way, shape or form. My wife placed an online order when they were supposed to be open, however they were closed when we got there (4-5 minutes later) and it took several months to get our money back.Ok, a second chance. Got there, the person working up from didn't know if they were still selling any of the 5 things I ordered. It took 10 minutes just to place my order thanks to the incompetence. When I got home, my sandwich was in the box sideways and only including 2 of the 5 ingredients. But ... it is a Georgia based company so really what should I expect? The worst part is that I can't give zero stars.
Very busy location here, especially if you're on only 30m lunch. It was 10 away 15min drive through wait and 10m back. Made it back ate at next break. So they do get busy here. Probably cause of great food, which was great! And, I realize the short staff these days to. So, go for the food it's great, no complaints there at all!!!
