This is a busy location off I-95 but they are completely understaffed and overwhelmed. None of the drinks in the Coca-Cola freestlye machine were working. The young adults working were trying their best but they need more help. The dining room was full of kids. Took over 30 minutes to get our order. Post COVID service industries are NOT the same. Its unfortunate.
Ordered online at 6:25. Ordered promised for 6:34. Notified staff of online order and name at 6:35. Kept checking. At 7:05 manager comes up and says that they don't have the order. Gave her order#, restaraunt#. She said they have nothing to do with Zaxby's.com. I would have to 1-800 number to get my money back. 1800 number tells you that you have to go to Zaxbys.com. Order was over $50. Stay away from this restaurant.
Not clean and sand which looked nothing like Livy
This establishment was completely out of the regular-sized drinking cups 04/16/22, but the cashier automatically charges me for the larger size and on each of the 5 meals I ordered. I immediately asked for a manager to explain the situation to refund me please ... and she did.Also, who is frying the French fries here? He/she needs more education; most of my fries were undercooked and soggy, which was a major disappointment.
It's an extremely busy location being located off of i-95. And the layout is not adequate for the amount of traffic that was coming through there at the time. Everyone was walking on top of each other and the poor staff was overrun. The upside was the food came out great and was very tasty. Staff was also very friendly.
Rude service, and disgusting, old food. No ice in syrupy Coke. Fries were cold, overcooked and old. The lettuce and tomato on sandwich was wilted and on the verge of being soured. Save your money, Don't eat here!
This was the worst Zaxby’s I ever went to. One reason is the woman at the register was not kind and look annoyed when we tried to order the food, two she got parts of the order wrong, and threw the food was horrible with the chicken that had crunchy and overcooked which in my opinion I don’t like to the fires without any seasoning or even salt. So if I were you I would never go here again.
Ordered teriyaki boneless wings and they were horrible . Tasted like they were ruined, like sour. Have ordered them several other times and they never Tasted like that and never gave me tummy ache. Also they employee attending drive told they didn't know the sizes or difference in the frys to go with it and was very rude. Was very unhappy
worst fries i ever got from a Zaxbys today.no seasoning or salt?mostly brown . with very ugly ends.all of them are both cooked AND undercooked at the same time. you get 1 bite of soft , 1 bite of hard. I do not know how they accomplished that.* edited down to 1 star after I found out my coworker had plastic in her fries.
Food is good but the register girl is a douche canoe. I don't bother to order if I see her to eliminate the potential of her throwing my food on the counter AGAIN, being RUDE and possibly doing something inconsiderate to my meal. Be aware of the rude register person.
