Ask for extra zax sauce only to come home to NO extra zax sauce. Jeez.
Food is good, but so is the customer service. A big thank you to staff member, Ariel B, for retrieving my credit card which I dropped at the drive-thru window. You're an angel.
Workers are careless and the manager is rude to customers. I ordered food they DoorDash and zaxbys ya know seals their bags when you do this and when my food was delivered I was missing ALL of my sauces and my cheddar bites and half of my bread. I called and asked for help manager was rude and basically called me a liar . Tried to call corporate but it’s virtual now so what can I do ?
Ordered two meals. One with the the "Go Big" one without. While there was a bigger drink. Still got the same amount of fries.Kinda sad you're charging for extra fries and don't give extra.
This used to be a decent Zaxbys. A long time ago. Now it seems that they are more interested in throwing a bag full of something half burnt or an incomplete or wrong order out the window, or shoving it across the counter, than getting a fresh and correct order out. The attitudes from the employees really shine through when asked to correct their own mistakes. This includes the management. This happens far too often at this Zaxbys for it to be passed off as a coincidence or an employee having a bad day. Zaxbys has a good thing going with fast food chicken fingers. Just not at this one.
I'm on vacation. We were waiting on my son to finish from the bathroom. We were sitting down on the bench up front. The lady behind the counter started asking us for here or to go? I'm like for here than proceeds to ask my name for the order. I said oh we're waiting, we don't know yet. Then proceeds to say we don't have to wait and was very rude. I got up and left. Thank God I don't reside here because I'd never return.
Inexperienced staff, got my order wrong.Also went back to get a freshly made order that I was told that was ready.... That was a lie.Chose somewhere different to spend your hard earned money....

Food was excellent just not pleasingly prepared. Everything was all over the container. It should have looked like a sandwich, a club sandwich to be exact.
Very disappointed with quality of food ordered; cold/cool; fries were warm at best and order was late. Chicken for my sandwich was Not crispy, must have been sitting for some time. Zaxby’s has lost me as a customer.
