Don't know about quality of the food or cleanliness of the restrooms, never got to try anything. Sat at drive-thru for 15 minutes until someone came out and told us they were "closed because of rain". Local family told us we were lucky, that this is the worst restaurant in the entire county, nasty and with no customer service. I can easily believe it!
Significantly higher prices than other Wendy’s. Junior cheeseburger in Charleston South Carolina is $1.69. Here it is $2.19. The same sandwich in Savannah is $1.79. Skip this location and move onto another one with better prices.
*AWFUL!I do not usually rate places with one star ratings, but this was honestly awful.Staff was rude and would not say a word to us, food was cold and had clearly been sitting even though they told us that they made all the food fresh. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and when we went to get drinks the machine was dirty and broken. We will not be coming back.
You’re short staffed. That’s cool I get it. But like, you left out half of our food, and the food we did get was cold. I’m not talking like not hot but still slightly warm cold, I mean this food was like ice cold. Like if you ordered it and then forgot about it for an hour and then decided to eat it…. Also my tea is kinda gross. But the dude taking orders tonight needs a raise… he was pretty cool, clearly high, and definitely needs more money for his stash….
I came thru drive through for 2 orders of large salt free fries after leaving ate one they were cold and I mean cold... went back to Wendy's walked inside, they promised a reorder of 2 hot fresh large salt free fries in 3 minutes after 10 minutes waiting patiently I was listening to them talking my fries were given away...so I waited for next batch they were not very hot I wasn't staying after getting home fries were cold and soaked through with grease... good frying I know outside hot and crispy inside no grease these were very bad... I know Wendy's fries are better than this... it's not worth my time I'll be back in 6 months see if it's better
The food was cold, the boy ringing us up looked like he was in another world. The bathroom has black mold around the vents, the tables were dirty and literally only sweet tea available. Almost every soda in the machine was out.
Service was great! We used the Drive-thru. Food was hot, flavorful and quickly delivered.
Clean building, friendly employees, great food in a timely fashion.

Went to the Wendy's to eat breakfast. They were open only for the drive thru. Previous signs on i-95 stated that they were fully open. Didn't eat there, because I needed to go to an indoors location.
