The service is terrible. Fries were soggy and cold and the chicken was as dry as cardboard........

Ion know what they smoking on they're breaks but they need to cut it out cant even get one right order from theses bozos

Food was made correctly, however when I tried to order a hot coffee at almost 4pm they said they only served hot coffee in the morning, which according to the menu isn’t the case. The order taker also wasn’t the most polite.

Extremely slow service and can't get their order right such as if you order chicken nuggets and ask for honey mustard sauce you better make sure they put it in the bag! They have no motivation to serve you promptly. This is not a fast food service.

You'll sit in the drive thru line all day just to get food made incorrectly or not get what you ordered at all. Highly recommend chosing somewhere else to eat for lunch.

Food was good and fast pleasant people who work there. ?

When I say 1 star isn't worth none of what I got. I bought a 4 for 4 and the bread was hard the fries were over cooked hard and brown. The nuggets where good but I was hungry so I wanted my food. I also got the number 10 which were nuggets some of them where undercooked. This was just by far the worst I've had in my life. They rung our orders wrong. I'm at work so I couldn't afford the trip back

Today 12/8/2021 around 9:30am I had the most pleasant drive thru experience I’ve had in months at this Wendy’s! The lady working the drive through was genuine, kind, smiling, and engaging. She didn’t sound like she hated her job, or like I was an inconvenience to her as most fast food employees do now a days. I didn’t get her name, but she was fantastic!

The only reason why I am giving this two stars is because of the manager trying to be nice. However, the drive through employee, middle aged lady was beyond rude. Rolling eyes, smacking lips, acting as if she had no intellect. Before it could get worse I asked to speak with Management. In return more attitude and slamming the window hard enough for the cars behind us to hear. The manager worked the issue out with no problem, except having to wait over 20 mins for the doordash order. Please post online or at the restaurant how you would like door dash orders picked up since your dining room is never open. Listen Linda, Linda listen. We all have jobs. No need to act like you're above anyone.One day you might run into someone with a worse attitude then your own.
