Went there this morning, asked the lady who took the order for a ham and cheese omelette to go, she told me, the lady cook just started and didn’t know how to made an omelette, ok, I’ll have bacon & egg& cheese bowl, to go and a 1cup of coffee while I wait, when my food was ready it sat there on counter for 10 mins while the lady who took the order played with her hair & and talked to someone sitting there, then it says right on the menu, it was 8.75, she charged me 12.00 ?, very disappointed, won’t be back there anytime soon,
I am from out of town and this is the first time a waffle house, good or bad, has done this. I came in around 8:40 am, there were only two tables being served at the time and no one was behind me waiting. I walk up to the bar area and wanted to place a waffle and order of bacon to-go for my son. The waiting staff did seem pleasant but when they approached me the only thing they could say to me is that they are not taking take out orders at this time??... I was confused because they had to go containers available. Either way my order was so small I didn't understand. Maybe they just don't like money??!
We stopped by for breakfast and was told that they couldn't serve us because they had to quit serving until 3am so they could wash dishes.. it was around 1 or 1:30. I have never heard such bull before..
I've had some less than desirable waffle house trips, but this time was the best ever. Place was clean, the 2 people working were great, we got hot food fresh and fast.

The first Waffle House I've ever been to...a very unique place, comfortable, interesting staff, good and quick food!
Breakfast was great. Table wasn't clean but they was busy. Cleaned as soon as we sat down. Service was on point.
