Uber to the location and they deleted customers order...emplpyee informed me it was on the screen..but the manager at window told me it was not there..a second order came in to that location...And again i was told the order was not there..It is my belief they deleted the orders...as the employee said she saw it on screen..but it disapeared???!!...Owner needs to educate employees on customer service...also we were told as we went thru drive thru on a second order not to bother coming to the window?!!..We told ip to window amd werr ignored...
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had last night at any restaurant. I ordered on my app, when I went to pick it up I had to wait in line for a long time which is fine. When I got to the speaker no one acknowledged me. I went and drove to the window the kid was on a personal phone call on his cell phone looking at me and ignoring me. Then another kid opened the window and said my order didn’t go through. When I asked what to do, a very rude abrasive woman with a heavy accent came to the window and started screaming at me to get out of her drive thru because of her times. I was trying to explain what the issue was and she screamed over me and kept telling me to go. I told her I was going to contact corporate and she cursed at me. I sat in the parking lot to order from another restaurant and watched them turn away every single car in the drive thru line
They had advertised the return of the mexican pizza, it had not even been a full 12 hrs let alone a full day yet, the time was 6:30 pm when we got there. They had already run out of the shells to make the mexican pizza before we arrived. Tell us how this is possible when you have your own truck drivers and your own corporate delivery system on the ocean? Someone in management didn't properly prepare for this sale.
After at least 10 min in the drive through with only 3 Cars in line, the Cc machine went down and since we didn't have cash we just had to drive off with no food. It was 2 tacos and a side. Just stop taking orders and hand the customer their tacos after they have been sitting and waiting, especially since you are probably going to throw the order out and a total waste of time for your customer.
I’ve been here a couple of time in the past couple weeks. My first time we ordered some food and was missing a burrito we when to the cashier and she got it made for us, then some Indian women came to my family and yelled at us that it wasn’t on the receipt and we are wrong. So we asked for the receipt and the burrito was on it. Then yesterday my pregnant wife was getting sick in the parking lot and the same women was staring at us while she was getting sick. This women is highly disrespectful.
It's Taco Bell ? I miss them advertising the little chihuahua because it gave the exact feeling at the end of the advertisement that you get when going to Taco Bell, but for anyone who hasn't tried it, which I find that hard to believe if you haven't by now, they are some of the Best Fast Food Mexican Around!
We odered about 22 items . And they just gave us about 15 sauces. And when asked for more, they gave about 2 or 3 more. And their fiesta potato were cold and hard as a rock. Plus their gordiat crunch had a weird taste. Not recommended. Better to stay hungry then paying them
Would love to share the details of a meximelt or even a plain hard shell taco. BUT, when I come by at 11:00pm and the drive thru is closing? It makes it difficult. Website says 12am closing. A call tonight says they close at 11:30pm. Drive thru has been closed as early as 11pm? Can I get some store hour verification?
Staff seemed pretty rushed even though there was a line, one of my taco was not wrapped but the food was good
VERY rude staff. Please dont go here if you're having a bad day! They rushed me, and made rude noises at me when I tried to order. They then rushed me from the window and didn't give me a receipt. When I got home half of my order was missing, or unwrapped and, crushed up in the bottom of the bag.
