It was extremely busy when I walked in, they were in the middle of a large Doordash order, but they still managed to get my large order together perfectly and quickly all while remaining very pleasant even though it was very apparent that they were under pressure and stressed by the several large orders.
The new baja steak is so good and the nes cookies are to die for but have to be a brownie lover
Subway has always been a go-too-sandwich shop, and this particular location is close to where I live. The food is good, the store is clean, but they always seem to have new employees that DO NOT know how to do their jobs well yet, and I have personally witnessed the manager leaving in the middle of a busy time, leaving two new employees to fend for themselves. On another separate occasion the poor old guy didn't even know what he was doing and the other staff on duty to shy to step in and help him. I literally had to take my wrap apart at home and remake it, just to eat the ingredients together and not in heaps. The man was really nice and polite, but not ready to be on his own. Maybe some better management is in order for this location.
This required an update to my previous review. The best workers you had have quit. Now the people you let loose on the working, hungry population can't even read a mobile order receipt. The "young buck" you have standing back watching this individual struggle and have to take direction from us for simple ingredients is an absolute JOKE! As you see in the screenshot, you charge approximately $2 more for the NEW AND IMPROVED BMT because it comes with 3x the cheese. Don't you dare bring that to the attention of these "artists", it really upsets them. There seems to be a real problem with local management here. On multiple occasions I have been there, waiting on my order, as 1 certain "supervisor", sometimes actually working, other times in street clothes, sporting an artificially and chemically altered grin, tries to duck responsibility to us paying customers. As expected, this individual came out of the "employee only" door as I stood there watching this employee try to make sense of the order, grinning on the way out of the store. I was really hoping that the upswing of positive feedback for this location could continue, alas I am disappointed. I would be remiss if I did not mention the one and only GOOD manager this location has but unfortunately I have not seen this individual in the last several visits. For having to pay so much more for product that wasn't even close to being delivered I will be taking this final issue to the actual owner as well as the franchise licenser. I only hope it does not fall on deaf ears.

Hello I don't normally do reviews but I'm so unsatisfied with this Subway this is my 2nd time going within a month the workers in Subway do not wear mask I was surprised they did have gloves on this time the last time I went there were no gloves on I had to ask the guy to put gloves on this one this Subway is located off a new Jess of highway in Brunswick Georgia I was served by 0420 The sub was awful thepotatosoup was good but the reason I'm writing this is because they had no mask on
