Very unfortunate experience. I understand the rules " no buggy inside the restaurant" but, what about you put the cellphone down and let me finish explaining you that I was just going to place my order TO GO (meatballs marinara) and wait outside. Instead of "so, sorry I can't serve you" and turned back in the office while still talking on the cellphone. I understand we are short staffed but if you keep giving this poor customer experience soon your staffing problems will be resolved. At least for the Walmart location. Tuesday Feb 8 1:50pm
ever since the remodel, the store has really went downhill. It may look nice, but everything inside is still a hot mess. employees don’t know what go on certain subs and don’t know how to cook the pizzas. There’s also a loud radio, so you can’t hear yourself think but all the employees care about is to keep it up high even when asked to lower it. i got a kids meal a few days ago and i got charged for the 6 inch meal. I’ve also experienced a few workers that will up and leave and just closed the store to have a “smoke break”. They’ve also asked the customers to watch the store so they can have a break
If you want a sub I'd rather recommend you the subs walmart has by their deli cause this subway isn't it. Their card reader is almost always down so when I was told it was cash only their store owner says rather rudely and a little too loud "There's an atm right there you can get cash out of it you know" while pointing at the atm that used to be next to the grocery doors. Their vegetables also look out of date, the lettuce is normally brown or sometimes moldy, the cucumbers are slimy, the tomatoes look terrible, etc.. not to mention their employees are either not trained right or rude as one of their employees tried to make my pizza with a flatbread, the pizza was even right there on the counter. They also even let an old guy sit in there for hours making highly inappropriate comments towards both the customers and their employees and he'll sit there watching NSFW videos while cat calling a lot of women. So if you want a sub or pizza, just go somewhere.
most aweful experience...they didn't know the difference flat bread or wrap, made my wrap like a pizza then rolled it up like a piece of carpet, shoved it in a bag...the worker seemed stoned and about to fall asleep..unfriendly and not a clue what they were doing..subway in Walmart brunswick Ga...don't go there!!!
Waited and waited and no one would come out to wait on myself or two others. They left and then I left. I guess sales mean nothing to Subway.
Worker complained about working, had no money in the register for change, card reader wasn't working, and then he closed up shop as soon as I left ? horrendous customer service and the food isn't that great either. If you have a lot of anxiety, I would not recommend this place
Absolutely horrible service, ordered their new sandwich the "Sandwich artist" had no clue what even went on it. We wanted what was advertised, the avocado and the bacon and mozzarella the worker told us that doesn't come on the sandwich unless we get the pro which is 5 more dollars. But whatever we decided to get it because my wife wanted the avocado. While making our sandwich the worker still didn't put the mozzarella or the avocado on the sandwich and got an attitude and argued with us still. Stay as far away from here as possible
I love this place
It has some of the best meatball subs i have ever ate and the cookies mhm
Have a wonderful and friendly staff, always fast service and very clean conditions. Would definitely recommend if you're stopping through wal mart to shop, and grab a bite.
