When you can mess up a salad, that says a lot, had to tell them 5 different times i wanted a bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup, I asked for my dressing on the side & they put it on the salad, and used the same bowl for my daughter's salad when she didn't want any dressing, hers had a good bit of the dressing I asked for
This is by far the best Subway in Brunswick they do the best job
The restaurant was great the staff was great even though the manager was training to members of the team they did an excellent job.
I'm so furious with the management and owner of this store! I just left Subway. My experience inside with the older lady was amazing. However, can management and owner tell me why they are so money hungry that they leave an older lady ALONE, working doubles, and lef to close by herself?? Why can't you close the store? Your employees health and mental health are more important than you staying open. I understand you being short staffed, we all are. But you DO NOT overwork the ones that you have!! I'm absolutely irate at how this lady is being treated. Poor thing hasn't had any time to do any prepping or cleanup. I tipped her well for her time and her hospitality, but I could tell she is tired and dead on her feet. I was tempted to lock the door myself! I'd love nothing more than management or owner to reply to me. Please! Subway needs to be shut down if this is how you are going to operate. Why wasn't a manager there to help her? It is a safety concern having her there by herself! Didn't you guys just get robbed not too long ago?? Seriously! Manager to reply to this with their personal contact info! And give that lady a damn pay raise! Everyone makes more than $8.00 an hour! I'm tempted to start a protest at this store!

The two guys up front work right but the guy that was apparently working in the back wasn't very nice. The guy making the subs was really good really nice it's really careful making the food. And the cashier was great he was nice too
