I never thought I'd bother with a review of Starbucks because Starbucks is, well, Starbucks. But today we were traveling up I95 and stopped into this store. We are very loyal Starbucks customers and have probably stopped at most of them along the eastern US interstate system. Before today, never have I been inspired to post a review. Every single person in the store was super friendly and our cashier was simply delightful. She made our day and that's hard to do when stuck in a car for hours staring at the road.
This is a pretty hard evaluation to do because their product, is as it always is very good.It's Best In Class!So, the question becomes why can't I give this Starbucks five stars?Getting right to it I deducted two stars because for starters there was no air conditioning A/C in this building.That's right. No A/C and no ceiling fans to at least circulate the warm air.Two other things burned my biscuits. The tables hadn't been cleaned I found this out by sticky, sticky. Have you ever had a paper or a newspaper rip because of a sticky table?Then there was the napkins. By the time I was able to actually get one they were all hopelessly stuck together.So what kind of argument am I making here is it one of customer service or just mere complaining? It's both.Starbucks is a very good company that consistently delivers very quality products to it's customer base. Their facilities and service delivery, like their app, are also very good.I probably should have ordered the coffee for departure and then moved forward from there.The coffee I had was, like always, awesome. ☕
The bathroom was very clean.My coffee was cold , my partner's was hot.The roof was leaking into the store?You can't make this up!!!GA
I’m always impressed at the speed of this drive-thru! The baristas and other staff are great and helpful. My orders always come out perfectly and swiftly.

Give Glenn a raise! She took excellent care of me when I crossed through here on my way home after Christmas, and the service was quick too. Just offering me a water with my iced coffee made my night. Take good care of her!
We love Starbucks especially when your getting an early start to last minute Christmas Shopping. I got a Double Mocha Frappe an my mom got a decaffeinated coffee an the wait was only 10 minutes inside as the outside was packed on both sides. With longer waits. There's a full line of Starbucks gifts to purchase an always gift cards. Starbucks are based in Seattle Washington State there's 40 alone arnd Seattle. They also deliver to your businesses but with a added chg. Don't forget to tip as there employees work extra hard to bring you your hot java...Smiles.. Super long drive thru line, then wouldn’t let us go in the store because of short staffed, but then a guy had to stand tell people not to come in while letting people out. Took more staff at the door then if they just took orders.
The employees are pleasant and helpful. I was SOOOOO happy I was able to FINALLY find the red holiday cup I was looking for!
The lines were long and slow. Hey Starbucks, your products and service are top notch, now it's time to find a process that benefits the consumers. I saw two people pull out of the line while I was in line. Again, your product is great! If I'm in a rush, I'd skip it, but it was early and I had time to spare.
