Extremely rude manager. Shee was not wearing a name tag and wouldn’t give her name. She’s a younger short heavyset girl with short brown hair. I am a consistent local Starbucks drinker and I’m always on the go and work late so I at least purchase two macchiato‘s a day if not more. Over the years I have gotten to know all the long-term employees and managers and they’re always very polite and we get along very well. But this particular store and this particular manager has always been unpleasant and rude. She made my drink but the wrong caramel she used dark caramel instead of what is normally used in the drink because she ran out. I asked her if she would remake it and not put caramel in it at all and she refused. I told her that it does not taste the same with dark caramel and I would prefer it without caramel at all if they ran out and she still refused to and got an attitude and said she’s not remaking it and that’s it. I’ve talk to other managers at other stores about her and they’ve gotten complaints or heard about her as well. This store definitely needs new management I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and never had an issue until now.
I would normally give this location more stars, but my experience today was one star. I have been coming to this location DAILY for years, AT LEAST 10+, and have never experienced anything like I did today. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:00 am to get it and it was not ready. My breakfast sandwich was (and it was cold, which was fine because it did take me 30 minutes to get there, but just goes to show they’d received my order a while ago). I was kind of upset, but I understood because they were busy. There were several people working and the ones making the drinks and food were working nonstop, but there were a few standing there staring at all of us who were waiting. I spoke with one of the ladies making drinks and she told me she would be right with me. When it got to the point where I was going to be late for work, I called my coworker and asked her to pick up the drink for me (she was off today), which has never been an issue. I even attempted to call to ahead to make sure there wouldn't be an issue but the phone rang nonstop. She went through the drive thru and asked for my order, and received a NASTY attitude from one of the ladies working there. She was a short girl wearing glasses. She tried to give her the wrong order, and when my coworker said something, she tried arguing with her about it and asked her if I'd called and spoke to someone. My coworker showed her the order AND told her I'd try to call and she still received a bad attitude from her. When my coworker confronted her about her nasty demeanor, she ignored her. One of the ladies who worked there stepped in (she's always very kind and I wish I remembered her name) and she was finally able to get my drink, a whole HOUR later at 8:30, which turned out to be made incorrectly and did not include the add-ins I paid extra for. I don't normally write bad reviews and just chalk bad attitudes up to them having a bad day, but this was unacceptable. I have always been understanding of the wait times, of the mistakes, of things being out of stock, but to receive an attitude for a mistake on their end is not something I will tolerate. I have tried to call back into the store to get her name but received no response. My coworker has also frequented this location over the last several years and she will not be going back due to her terrible experience. I will continue reaching out until I hear back from someone with some type of resolution, as I am VERY upset that one bad apple has ruined this location for me.
These people don’t care about customer service . We ordered 3 mocha frap! It was like water on ice !!! They don’t even care or listen to my complain ! Just avoid this place !
I ordered 4 farp all of them water not even a taste of the mocha bad customer service stay away from them

Manager had a nasty attitude and I paid 50 dollars for 7 items that wasn't even good as much money I provide or any customer provide no one at this place should have a attitude because without our money yall wouldn't even be in business
Why is this store constantly closed?
Worst waiting time I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. Starbucks do better with your employees
