Everytime we come, every other weekend, the ice cream machine is down. Not a single board is open, only the drive through. It takes 10 minutes average per car. The staff is incredibly rude.I've never been so furious with something to leave a review. This is simply sad and pathetic.
They make every burger plain when customers didn’t say it; this happened EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS YEAR.I ordered burger 5 times, they give me the wrong burger twice.I ordered double bacon burger last time, and there is bacon wrapper paper or something similar in my burger.I tried to order shake many times, and only got it twice this year. The ice cream machine is ALWAYS BROKEN.Very, very disappointed, and very, very annoyed.
Went to eat here waiting at outside order no answer for a long time, figured it was broke drive to another spot. Waited, still delays, finally after half hour we drove to drive thru still waited after they said there’s only two of us here. Then awhile later and said our grill is down! After a 35 min wait we left. Horrible customer service and no food!
They just charged me $22 for a double cheeseburger meal. And. they refused to give me a receipt. Do not recommend this place!
I sat in the drive thru for 35 mins behind a car that was waiting for someone to answer the order machine.Absolutely ridiculous being that most people are on their lunch break.The food took about the same time to receive after ordering. Not a good experience at all.I understand they may be short staffed like most places but there is no excuse for a business like this to be running the way that it is. They don’t go out of their way to make sure customers are pleased. Very rude and displeasing.
Waited in the car hop lave for 10 minutes and they never even took my order so I decided to go through the drive thru. Well I waited in that line 39 minutes and not even one car got their order. People were getting upset and pulling out of line and that is what I finally ended up doing.
2nd trip in a few weeks - no fries, no tater tots and no ice-cream. When will SONIC CORPORATION do something about his location!
The food here was COVERED in grease, i mean drenched in it. The costumer service was terrible. A girl with red/blond hair was disgustingly rude. The french fries, were rough. They weren’t soft, at all. This was during said “Happy Hour.” Absolutely no one was there, so there is no excuse as to why it was like this. This place is absolutely disgusting.
They say they close at 10pm and I went shopping at the drive thru at 9:30pm and they told me they closed. and they did not attend me.Ellos dicen que cierran a las 10pm y fui a comprar al drive thru 9h30 y ellos me dijeron que ya cerraron. y no me atendieron.
