We love to eat at locally owned restaurants while we are on vacation. We don’t mind if we have to take a detour to get there, either. This restaurant was beyond delicious, honestly! The best Southern food I’ve tasted in a while! From the lima beans to the peach cobbler… every single bite was like heaven. Did I mention the fried chicken… AMAZING! ?? Our waitress was kind, sweet and so attentive. Also, we will be talking about the sweet tea we got here for days. On our way to the car, I told my husband that I can see us taking the whole family back there for lunch ( even if it is a 3 1/2 hour drive). Y’all, do not miss this sweet spot! Delicious!!!

I can't believe they've been open for as long as they have and today was our first time coming, we've been missing out! If you're thinking of trying them, just do it. Trust me.Fried chicken, collards, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken in gravy, cabbage, rice, OX TAIL, peach cobbler, and more choices I can't even remember from having food brain after trying a little of everything. The staff here is so kind and on top of it they're awesome at their jobs. Best part is you can order to go so if you're just on a lunch break you can grab and go, which is something we plan on doing way more frequently now! Pic is of our first haul, was too focused on eating to get the 2nd

I think I tried every item on the buffet (some several times) except for dessert and it was exceptionally good. I was there for lunch on Friday fish day and there was also chicken and pork with various vegetables. Everything looked clean although I did not use the restrooms. The staff was honestly pleasant. The background music was 70s 80s. They even have a senior discount. Price includes drink, iced tea or lemonade. Sistas Kitchen will be one of my favorite luncheon places.Edit: over 3 years later and I'm still going there and enjoying it.

best soul food in town all you can eat Buffet

This was my visit but it won't be last. Friendly service and food with lots of options.

Good food fast and friendly service

Buffet style, soul food menu, full belly results!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Oh my! Homemade Mac & Cheese (with real cheese), fabulous Fried Chicken, yummy veggies and perfect Peach Cobbler! We almost missed out on a fabulous home-cooked meal and delightful people. So glad we came on in!

A coworker and I grabbed a plate to go.He had chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn and he said that the mashed potatoes were about the best he's ever had. I saw the chicken was perfectly cooked and it fell off the bone. I'm more adventurous and got ,the ham neck bone, rice, gravy and okra.I will tell you that I called Rachel, the owner after we were done eating and told her how amazing her food was. Please get out there and get some of this good food. You'll love it.
