Seasons of Japan chicken bowls and shrimp bowls are the best I’ve ever had, food is always fresh it always cooked while you wait.
Food is delicious and the portion size is good. The store needs some remodeling - looks like the roof is leaking in several places and has been for some time. Not sure why they don't fix this!
I don't come here often but everytime I do I leave with a happy smile. Great service, great food.
Some of the best food & service in town. We will be back. My wife likes the Monkey Head Roll.
The teriyaki chicken was good, but the vegetables are always undercooked and tough to chew. I never can eat the onions and zucchini unless I take them home and cook them the rest of the way.
I don't know why this is so highly rated. I have some of the lowest standards ever and I can confidently say this is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.Even without the food, the sit-in dining experience was horrible. Every table and booth was dirty in some way some having full on puddle of sauce in the middle of the table. The windows were disgusting and there were mold on some of the walls.As for the food, I don't know, maybe we just had the worst chef on a bad day, but it was disgusting. I ordered a vegetable roll and a supreme bowl (something that had rice, chicken, beef, mushrooms, shrimp, and broccoli). The shrimp tasted horrible and the mushrooms and broccoli just tasted wrong. The rice was probably the only positive thing of this dining experience, but I couldn't even finish it because I felt sick. The vegetable roll was somehow so much worse though. I have a picture attached below that shows how nasty it looks. I don't know how well it comes across in the picture, but it looked worked worse than grocery store sushi. The texture was like eating grass and the taste was horrible.I've genuinely never had paid food this bad before. If you're reading this deciding to eat here, please just choose a better Asian place. If you're already there, just eat at the Buffalo Wild Wings beside it.EDIT: By the way, the health inspection certificate hung on the wall in the order line was done 7 years ago and is long expired. Our entire meal was worth $50 (2 adults and a child) and was not worth it whatsoever.
Food is on point ..... Customer service is lacking /RACIST very bad FRONT PEOPLE there short with person's need to adjust there G.A.F metor never going back to eat...... FKEM!!!!! 2022 same ol bad service. The mgr "MGR"called me 'brotherman "IN A ANGRY WAY then told me to get MY food ,I'm not making your drink and leave corporate called I know your on Facebook!!!!
The food and service was good and reasonable however the price of the food and the quantity that they give do not equal out. It was around $10 and tax for a steak bowl with no vegetables and for the whole family I paid almost as much as going and sitting in a fancy restaurant. Even though the food is good I would probably just go to Tokyo express down the road for more quantity of food for same cost or less
