All employees were subpar, not rude, but obviously not thrilled to be there and only the minimum effort, which resulted in a mistake in the order and my tenders were not cooked all the way through. While mine was raw, my son's looked like they had been under the heat lamp for about 4 hours. If youre feeling some chicken, don't stop here. Pretty gross.
I love Popeyes and the chicken served at this particular location...KEPT ME LOVING IT!!?? Moist flavorful chicken and tha mac and cheese...OMG...DELICIOUS!! The young man at the drive through was also friendly. If you're in Brunswick...stop by!!

$27 for 2 meals seems a little pricey for #8 small order of fries 3pc tenders; #9 small order fries with 5pc tenders both with large drinks.Food was good not hot but still barely warm. Good serve and fastI was disappointed in the price mostly for the small amount of food.
The chicken was not what I expected. I ordered the 14pcs chic only. All the pcs was big and dried out. Chicken cut was in my box that my mother used to cut to make enough food when I was a child!!!
My boyfriend and I will never go to popeyes. The food was trouble the mash potatoes and Gravy And Mac and cheese was burnt The biscuits were hard The chicken strips had horrible taste like the grease had never been changed..
Was told I couldn't buy the 16 piece tender meal...said they could give me 2 8 piece tenders with sides...the bill came to 51 dollars with some change. Never again..left it with them!
Terrible customer service. Very rude. Constantly slamming drive thru door in customer’s face and ignoring customers. At window, we were rushed, and they forgot to give us part of our order. I called and they just told me to come back. Never apologized for it but just slammed the door back in my face afterward and proceeded to rush us again. Doesn’t make you want to come to them, especially since it seems you’re annoying and inconveniencing them by simply placing an order… when it’s literally their job and we’re not asking for anything extra. Our food was alright and the price was good but nothing is worth being treated like that.
This is a terrible store. They took forever to put already made food under a heat lamp into a box. The only nice part about it was the manager allowed us to walk up to the drive thru window to order. Our vehicle will not fit in the drive thru, and the lobby is closed.
