Location burned the brownie and then delivered it like it was just fine.
We were traveling and stopped by for a quick lunch. The place was empty, the girl taking orders had a bad attitude, she didn’t acknowledge us when we stood by her register to order. I said Hi and she didn’t respond. Pizza was ready in 20 min. They had no cups for our 2 litre soda. Phone was ringing the girl didn’t care to pick it up. I’m glad I’m just passing by going back home and will not order from this place again.
Showed up at 8:30 place looks nice but was closed there was no one in site and no explanation or note on the door. Disappointed
This store has leveled up. On point with freshness, quality of preparation, and cooked wonderfully ?. Loved our Delivery Driver, wonderful personality.
This review is about the restaurant and while the service was sufficient it was only just. We were interested in checking out the "new" Pizza Hut thinking it was a dine in. It was clean but also an embarrassment for a dine in restaurant and Pizza Hut should seriously reconsider this location or reevaluate what kind of Pizza Hut location this is supposed to be. Is it a dine in or is it a carryout/delivery?The dining room floor has basic tables and chairs like you were in a public school cafeteria. You could look around for any sign of interest and see nothing but unbranded, sterile nothing. Half the floor is wide open space. The staff will bring you your food, your plates and tableware will be plastic and paper plates. There isn't even a soda fountain or any option beyond bottled sodas. To say we were unimpressed is an understatement. There is zero atmosphere or personality to this location. Even for a carry out. Completely uninviting. Why 2 stars? It was clean and staff's service was sufficient, if only just.
This is a newly opened location that I believe represents the future direction of this longstanding, quality pizza chain.I've said it in other pizza reviews, the pizza price wars really exacted a toll. Bad.And before the conflict ended I read that Pizza Hut had declared bankruptcy, and their reorganization involved a much smaller footprint in the restaurant industry. This appears to be it.The pizza is very good, well prepared with good service and online specials.I'm glad Pizza Hut survived. ?
All around great service as well as great pizza. Extremely clean and laid back environment. Kind and friendly staff every time I've been. Highly recommend.
The food was good, but it’s definitely not a ‘dine in’ restaurant, despite calling themselves such. There are no menus, plates, utensils, not even napkins..
Why the 5 star rating? I wonder. I had thought I would give them a try, but 5 stars without an explanation is no stars at all. Three stars are neutral, neither yay or nay, neither satisfied or unsatisfied. I will stop by there soon and if they warrant a 5 star review, I will give them a 5 star REVIEW. If it's a one star, I will explain that, too. For now, the 3 stars will be for the new building and very convenient location. We stay at the nearby LQ/Wyndham when visiting kin folks in Brunswick. I'm looking fwd to a 5 star experience at the new Pizza Hut!3 daze later ~ It was hardly a 3 star experience, much less a five! I will leave it at three, neither good nor bad, because they have hardly gotten moved in and seem to have a ways to go. It reminded me of an express location, not a dining in type Pizza Hut. Booths need to be added, Pizza Hut lamps hanging over the tables, a few posters, et cetera. Right now it has the ambience of a Greyhound bus station. The personal pan pizza I ate back at the hotel room was fine, though a tad expensive @ $5.++
Ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas, 2 without sauce and a third with sauce, was very specific and she even told me the order back, got some thin crust barely cooked one that was the one that should have had sauce and should have been hand tossed.. very dry and seems like an old pizza.. disgusting..
