I called stayed on the phone waiting 3 long times I called. I asked for the manager. Mr Jason came to the phone. I explained what my pizza looked like and it had mold plus discoloration of crust to a medium brown/dark tan color. I asked him to please replace my food. He said he sent my order out within 4 minutes. Stated he is to busy to replace my order. I explained again the two pizzas are not eatable that I was waiting on a company to show up at my home to fix things here I couldn’t step out of my home. He again stated he sent pizza out it was only sitting there 4 minutes before the order was sent out. Then again stated he was to busy to send out replacement pizzas. I now have a crying child and talking with corporate office. On their website for this one store reviews are bad and a lot of same customer complaints that I’m stating now. Gotta do better I’m on the phone with corporate office now trying to get things handled.
Papa John's is the best pizza period, no question. This location has gotten the order right so far

This is the second time this has happened with an order here and it’s infuriating. We placed our order at 6:45. It’s now 8:56. We got a notification saying it was delivered. It’s no where to be found. I call the store and the soonest they can get a new one is 45 min. This is the worst papa johns I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that this has happened on multiple occasions now is what’s so frustrating.
This has by far been the worst service I’ve had this year. Not only did my delivery take an hour to get to me BUT the order wasn’t mine! I was told over the phone with the driver standing in front of me that my pizza was still at the store(I received no apologies from the person on the phone) and that the delivery guy was otw and it would be to me 15-20….. well here it is an hour later, the store is closed and my child has not received her dinner. I will be contacting management tomorrow and I’ll probably never order from this location again….JUST AN UPDATE: The manager I just spoke to at the Brunswick location at 4:40pm 3/8/22, was unapologetic very rude and shown no care or worries that I received my order at 11:00pm when the order was placed at 8:40/8:45pm. His response was well ma’am we don’t deliver on Blythe Island only door dash delivers there and tried to rush me off the phone by saying you’ll get a refund in 24-48 hours. …. How tf am I supposed to know that?…. It’s a wonder this place is still open, some of the employees and managers there are so rude, nasty and lacks GOOD customer service!
Ordered delivery pizza when it got here it was cold dry and had no flavor at all. Sorriest Pizza I have ever eaten. Will never order anything else from them.
I am absolutely disgusted with this place I ordered a pizza to my work it took an hour to get here and I took the first bite and realize the pizza is moving and sure enough there was this little roach running around on the pizza! I tried to call to talk to the manager and I was on hold for 35 minutes until they closed!!!! Beyond angry with this place
Pizza was cold and didn't deliver soda that was ordered. They don't use their own employees to deliver so pizza is cold when you get it. I've ordered numerous pizza from Papa John's and this is the absolute worst ever.
I’m calling to place a order..no one picks up the phone..all I here is a recording of a man screaming about bacon.. ..I call to speak to a manger and and all I here is a man screaming about bacon been on hold for 20 minutes now….someone tell me why I should I should stay on hold and her a man screaming about bacon ..
