This location is constantly a let down. The pictures I included are just few instances of many I’ve experienced at this Brunswick location. From lukewarm soup, to sandwiches with one shred of meat on it, to ridiculous breakfast sandwiches, to iced coffee that is 90% milk and water? I can’t get myself to go here anymore. There’s always something wrong with my order.
How is this place still open? The food is consistently bad, everything’s over priced and the service is almost always poor. Once they discontinued the Frontega Chicken, I knew I had to quit Panera. I went on Friday after a long break due to poor service/food and while inside paying at the cash register……the girl yells out “it didn’t work, try it again.” Then she yells out “it was DECLINED.” I knew I had money, but it’s always embarrassing to hear someone yell DECLINED. I called my bank to see why it was declined and they said it was never attempted, there was no pending or attempted purchase since my last transaction approval. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the margarita pizza was gross and that and a regular fountain drink was $15.00 …….how is this place still open?
Stopped in tonight and received awesome service from Nadia and Ms. Tiki! Food was delicious and both ladies were so kind and helpful! I love the new charged lemonades!!
If there were a 6,7 or 8 star review, this Panera would deserve it.Under very difficult circumstances with shortage of staff ( as most restaurants have right now) the team was outstanding. From register, to picking up food, struggling team just kept going and worked together.When I mentioned that the tea containers were empty ( again, remember short staff) staff followed up and filled it.The young Asian lady and at pickup location was amazingly gracious to every customer, every question . Frankly, I was in awe of her diplomacy.This group deserves a raise, a bonus!Hallo management, did you hear me?
A friend and I went to Brunswick from Waycross to shop. I talked her into going to your restaurant in Brunswick , she had never eaten at one before. I have not been there for awhile but was so embarrassed at the condition of your restaurant. The food was pretty good but the fountain machines were broke and just nasty. The ice machine did not work, we had to scoop from this plastic container every fountain drink we tried was flat. No tables were cleaned off, trash was on the floor. It took forever to place our orders, although, the service was quick. The issue was they got two of the orders wrong. Instead of Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt we got Mac n cheese, when I pointed to our receipt they swapped it. On another order for our table instead of the Mediterranean warm bowl we got a Mediterranean sandwich, the lady who took my order probably didn't hear it right because I noticed that our receipt was for a Mediterranean sandwich. When I mentioned this, the lady in the service counter snapped that " that's going be an extra charge,"...no apology was rendered. I didn't want to spend more time on transactions with these ladies, so I said never mind and finished my lunch. The food was delicious though.
Ordered 1 coffee latte and a plain Asiago bagel. It took them 20 minutes to prepare and the place looked filthy! Maybe some training and hiring the right people would help. And if the establishment claims they’re having trouble hiring then maybe they should offer better wages and benefits!
Do not go through the drive thru unless you want to wait 30 min. I know times are different but good grief. It would have been faster to go in and order it to go. Also once you are in line there is no way to get out. ???
Traveling home and thought this would be a sure bet as we enjoy our Panera Bread in Asheville. It was horrible. The soup served barely warm. Having had experience in Health Dept. this is not acceptable. Sandwich sad. Please avoid their new Thai Salad with chicken. The chicken is virtually absent and the dressing will need revamp is they hope to successfully market this salad. To end on the only high note. We were staying at Courtyard by Marriott that evening and our lovely night check in lady was so kind to us that we brought her a cinnamon bun. She said it was "the bomb." The rest of the dinner, not so much!
At 8am the dining room was closed. We were only customers and used drive thru. Coffee was cold, tea wasn’t as ordered, 2 scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches. These were pathetic. Normally stop at Panera breads across country. This was terrible. We ate Outside of car and not even a trash bin to dispose trash. Poor!
