This place is a joke. Kiki and her friend are BEYOND rude. We were traveling through the state and wanted dinner. To our surprise as we are walking inside we are greeted by Kiki’s friend (who they both chose to talk about us over their headsets) to tell us they were short staff we could order in the drive thru if we wanted to eat. We asked if we could use the restroom and order inside and the girl said “I guess since you’re already inside”. Once again, we are traveling through the state and we’re told we couldn’t eat inside because they were short staffed. So we chose to eat outside. We knocked on the door to see if we could throw our trash away and the girl that originally spoke to us said no. So I left my trash there. Poor customer service. Will never stop here again just because of these two girls.
Everyone was nice & service was quick. I want to particularly praise Ms. Susan. We told her of our toddlers anaphylactic food allergies & she was very thorough & knowledgeable about cross contamination on the grill top. She made safe suggestions & our girl was able to enjoy it. Honestly, I had to hold back the tears right there b/c it’s such a relief to have someone take FA seriously, especially when it’s your child that is so limited & you just want them to enjoy something & not have to eat the sameOle same ole. Went through drive thru, it was almost 5pm, I couldn't get any sweet tea, the lady at the window said she didn't have any sugar in her teas right now, as I was the only car in drive thru, I asked can she sweeten just one urn, I was told no, that if another car came thru, she could not have them waiting,, the food really ain't that good.When I was done I asked for my receipt, said I would like to take the survey, she told me that they don't give receipts & they don't have surveys, well I found a survey for them, but you can't take them if you don't have information thats on the receipt.Not happy with them at all
Too focused on portion sizing. Multiple customers ahead of me had to complain to the manager about the portion sizes. She was insisting that 4/5 pieces of chicken was the correct portion for a kids meal. I have never seen such a determined to focus on portion sizes at any Panda Express. Typically they are very, very generous with their portions. After seeing how other customers were treated, I chose to simply leave rather than continue the same argument that the previous customers were having.
the food is good, like at any other panda-restaurant. but the weird was on when one of the staff explained to us, that she was sure, that she had seen us before. i mean: no, we never been there before. but if we were...why would that be such a surprise? i mean, don't they have regular customers? if not, why?
Have good variety and taste for people who eat meat but i am a vege person dint find anything tasty and had no variety of food except spring rolls, they were good .
I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Waiting for my food that they said should take 10’minutes. After 35 minutes I had to go in before they put my veggies on the stove?. When I was asked to pull up and she would bring my food out a family was walking in. They left 10 minutes before I did. They took the express out of Panda Express.
Went thru the drive thru, signs covering up most of the menu cause they were out of a lot of things, ok ordered the honey walnut shrimp and the lady was really rude about us having to wait for it to be cooked cause they were out. Pulled up to the window and she rolled her eyes as she took my card. Came back and told me to pull around as she shut the window on me. SMH, if you can't be nice to your customers find another job!!! ?
Best chow main you can get
This visit wasn't great☹️. Everything I ordered they were out of. We finally found something they had only to get home and discover the veggies were barely steamed(raw) and the bowls were filled with lots of rice and little meat. Not a great day for Panda Express!
