Food was great and so was our waitress. First ordered chicken marsala and the lady came back and said they were out. Also ordered ziti to go and were told when we were ready to leave that they are out of that too. Another lady served us our food and for some odd reason she used the cheese grater upside down. Instead of spreading the cheese on our food she just let it fill up and then dumped shredded cheese piles in the center of our food. At one point it got stuck and she turned around and dug her fingers in the device to clear it, which didn’t seem very sanitary.
We were seated quickly. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress even said hello and this girl took our drink order and while she was making them the girl that should have been our waitress.came up and said sorry it took her long we told another girl took our order she seemed upset and the other girl finally came back and said the other girl was gonna wait on us we never seen her again the first girl ended up waiting on us. She was good and we liked her well but I have NEVER had such bad service at the beginning Never sat so long before being waited on and will Never go back for dinner
I'm not understanding what's going on today with the younger folk and customer service it's absolutely crazy everywhere you go we went in to eat in and the young lady that seated us try to see us at four tables that were put together for a large party!? Why would she try to sit just us at a table so big I just didn't understand. Someone came and took care of us because the first thing I told her is I don't want to sit there and the person that took care of us also was our waiter and he was great. It didn't even dawn on the young lady that she was sitting us improperly ??
Over the years I've been to Olive Garden's in different cities. The ones I've been to weren't very good so I stopped going. I've been in Brunswick for 2 years and decided to give it a go, thanks to the commercials. The service was great and the food did not disappoint this time. Great job to the staff and cooks!!!
We had a girls day out and decided we wanted to go to Olive Garden. What an exceptional day it was our meal was great our server was very understanding about our special needs for food. See also brought salad every time our bowl was empty and bread everytime we needed. Our meal was prepared very good I couldn't have asked for better because I am picky. Great job you guys. I would recommend if best Olive Garden any day.
I came in 20min before closing and the food was perfect. I have a Keen sense of taste as far as spit goes, and I can guarantee none of the cooks are mad enough to spit in my food. The salad was on point the breadsticks were amazing appetizers and entrees were perfect. Thanks Olive garden
Went to Olive Garden again the very next day! Had a fantastic experience this time! When we arrived the hostesses welcomed us, immediately sat us down in a booth in the bar area! Our waitress was super, the food was great and the service was fantastic! We are very glad we decided to try the Olive Garden again! Thank you for a wonderful meal and great service!
This location, its staff and management are exceptional. Paige, a manager, was our server. She was attentive, polite, welcoming, warm, extremely charming. I would visit here anytime I am in the area. The food was good. The drinks were good. Paige's service made it great!!!!

One of the fastest *fastest* service we have had at any Olive garden. The server was extra efficient and the food portions rather large. Probably one of the best Olive Garden experiences.
