Just tried to purchase yogurt here and the employee was in the back totally unaware of our presence. My husband went to let her know we were there. She was on the phone maybe with her manager. We waited several more minutes so I went to the back. I said hello and she looked at me and didn't acknowledge me. I said we are ready to checkout. Again she didn't acknowledge me. I asked if we were bothering her and she finally said that she told usband sh would be there in a minute and she went back to her phone call. Keep in mind this is frozen yogurt sold by weight. We can't eat it until it is rung up and it will melt. We left. Horrible customer service.

Great froyo flavors! They have at least one new flavor every month. And they sell froyo cakes too! You can special order one of their everday cakes or there's a good variety in the case ready to pick up.
I visited them yesterday afternoon and the experience was very fun. The employee who was there made me very happy on the day, very charismatic. Too bad I don't live nearby to go more often. My yogurt was great too.
this place is the bomb dotcom. great customer service and some daggum good froyo. definitely recommend for a date night. wanna give a shout-out to my new buddy jorge. he always gives me a kind welcome and answers all of my questions.
I LOVE MENCHIES!!! The customer service is excellent. Jorge is by far my boyfriend and I’s favorite cashier; he is attentive and friendly. Whenever we walk in and see him, we know it’s going to be a good night, he has a warm energy that is unbeatable. This man definitely deserves a raise because he is doing an amazing job!!

Just wanted chocolate cake. Ordered from them twice and they keep sending over a cake which not only looks nothing like the one on their doordash menu but also isn't chocolate cake. I get you may have to sub out for different decorations but white cake is never ever an acceptable substitution for chocolate cake, especially at $40.00 a pop!! When you have a cake delivered because its a certain time of the month and you NEED chocolate this is a massive fail!!
