Terrible service! Didn't ring up our order right. Rushed us! MAJOR attitude problem especially with the SUPERVISOR on staff! Rolling her eyes at us. Smacking her lips. Saying she doesn't even care! Literally the worst experience we've ever had at any McDonald's anywhere in the United States. Asked for the Regional Managers number and they never came back! Seriously don't take it out on your customers when your employees mess up the order.

I have never seen a McDonald’s lock their doors and tell all new customers that they were done taking orders. Full staff and still couldn’t handle it. Unreal!
Bad, bad, bad experience I had at this place !!! I never had any issues before and I like it because it was the best customer service in this city. But today, service was terrible. The people were in line at the drive thru and the employees were taking the time of their life to take their orders. The line was backed up and took forever to go thru the line. Then we had to wait some more to place and get the order. When I looked inside the restaurant, the 2 women in there were just chatting and laughing and not paying attention to the customers.After the bad service, the food was terrible. I ordered the fish sandwich and the fish was over cooked and smelled fishy in a bad sense. I will never ever order the fish sandwich.
The manager is so polite and makes the effort to make up for the lack of short staff, and the things that they cannot control. The owner of this location no doubt has made the job impossible. The crew is not the issue, they do the best they can with what they are given to work with.
I'm from out of town. See great doctor there. Easier for me to go thru drive thru. Fast and accurate service. Food hot and delicious. Will definitely eat there again.
Hard hamburger bun, bad sandwich. Got it to go didn't turn around to take it back. It was 7:45 pmI gave it 2 stars because the employee was awesome.From the drive thru window it was such a dirty place.
1-12-2022 This McDonald’s is open for business and you can dine in. They’ve got a sign on the door requesting you to be masked however half the staff is not. Bathrooms are clean and the location is convenient off of I 95. Staff is friendly. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up ?? thanks
Ordered 2 Cappuccinos & paid for them only to be told the machine was broken. I asked if they had iced coffee, & the cashier said yes. When I walked from inside out to my car, all the ice was melted and I was left with 2 barely cool coffees. It tasted like I had drank coffee that was sitting out for hours. We ended up throwing them away.
Stopped here to get lunch for the kids. They had no signs on the door stating the lobby was closed just a locked door. Sat in the drive through line for just about 40 minutes??. If it's strictly running drive through only why on earth did it take so long. Efficiency doesn't seen to be key. We got to the window to pay and they struggled a bit to find our order. We recieved our order, based on the previous reviews read while waiting, I stayed at the window and looked through our stuff. Glad we did because we didn't receive everything. Very disappointing for "fast food" next time it'll be 5 guys. It only took a total of 15 minutes for 3 meals from there to be ordered. They were correct and delicious ?
