This one needs to close their doors. They have managed to mess up my order 98% of the time I have ordered from them. Fish sandwich was good at one time now I won't be wasting my time or money at this one.
I was the only car in the drive thru line. They took my order, gave me my total, and thatvwas it. So I pulled to the first window. And waited 5 minutes. Saw people inside walking back and forth, looking out at me, no one said anything. I had actually just taken my foot off the brake to drive away when someone leaned out of the first window and waved me to drive up. No apologies for not telling me to pull to the first window, no repeat of my order (at this point there were 3 or 4 cars behind me). The employee just kind of thrust the bag and my drink at me and started closing the window about half way through her "thank you, have a good day", so that the good day was cut off. Will not go back
Believe it or not they actually did fantastic. Employees were all super nice and service was speedy. I did have to wait on a fish sandwich but even that was done in timely manner. And they actually got the whole order correct.
Went to door cuz my small camper will not fit under the 9 foot signs at 2 pm and it had closed for the day. Had to go outside the 9 foot signs and order thru the drive-thru. The employees at the window were very helpful. My lunch was nice, hot and tasty.
This place absolutely cannot make a hot latte within extra add on. My wife and I usually spend 240 dollars a month on lattes. We always get large hot French vanilla lattes with two extra applications of French vanilla and two extra liquid sugars. How can they mess this up daily for 2 years. I often have to take them back in the restaurant and I am sick of it. Avoid this place if possible. Have a great day Waverly McDonalds.
When ordering at the McDonalds, please be sure that you check that your order is correct, they did not charge us extra but we were not given what we ordered.
Worst service ever. Their door says they are open till 11pm. It's 5.30 and they locked the doors while we were still there. Took over 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and a another meal. They were rude and refused another patron who needed help with the kiosk. Turned away several people that were trying to come i side to order. If it's drive thru only just put a sign on the door. We used the kiosk but wanted to pay with cash and there was more attitude. My father-in-law tried to be nice and make small talk. The lady was rude and curt with him. He asked what time they closed and she responded not soon enough. Don't go here so they can reap the consequences of their awful attitudes.
Took 20 minutes to get a large sweet iced tea. Waited at the counter for 10 before I got help. Had to yell to get an employee attention. They saw my standing there and never offered to check if I needed anything.
Lights on..... hours posted open..... called store to check because I was thinking maybe I should call 911 as there were a few cars but no sign of life. She said they were closed. I mentioned lights were on and people are at drive through. She says " I can't turn lights off until I leave, for safety reasons...thankyou" ..click. quite rude. I'm not sure how you have to have highway light sign on for safety, when you're closed. Travelers use that as a signal to get off and be able to order food. Also, update your posted hours!! This was 2 hours before posted closing time.
I stood 3rd in line for about 10 min before being told to place an order on the computer by a very unfriendly woman then when I finally got my simple sausage biscuit it was only a biscuit..no sausage in it. But I didn't even bother to complain because I already ran out of time to wait.The tables were not wiped down the floor was a mess. Will not be back.i gave more than one star because the plain biscuit was good.lol
