The service was awful and the staff was incredibly rude. The fries were burned.Then we heard screaming from the back. Two employees were fighting. They brought the fight into the dining room. One employee went outside and started banging on a car and screaming at the occupant of the car.That person got out and took the employees place serving customers. I don’t know if she was an employee or not. She was in plain clothes.I don’t know what the fight was about, but it scared my children and we ended up leaving because of it.

I don’t often eat at McDonald’s, partly because there is one in my hometown and I have a rule that when traveling we don’t eat somewhere that we can get at home. But the family was craving McDonald’s French Fries. I do have a guilty pleasure with their fires. I digress, my apologies. The first sign when we should have packed it up and leave was when the lobby was locked tighter than a bee on a flower gathering sweet pollen for honey. The second sign when we should have pulled away was when the individual behind the microphone called my wife baby doll and my love. That did not bother me so much as the over cooked rock hard French Fries and over salted hamburger. Of course the shake machine was busted and not working. Honestly I believe that there were only two individuals working in there. That is why I gave two stars instead of one.If you are wanting to stop and grab a bite, just save your money and time and go 5 miles to the next exit heading north. Their lobby is open and there ice cream machine works.
Absolutely terrible service. I waited 45 min after I paid and when I asked why it was taking so long I was told "it's like this every morning". This is with out a doubt the worst McDonald's in glynn county. If you want McDonald's, go to a different location.
This location was fast accurate and friendly. One of the better McDonald's I've been too while road tripping. The Gentleman who took my order was kind, efficient, and personable. The Gentleman who made my coffee did so with care and attention to detail. I was in and out of the drive through in the blink of an eye and my food was both hot and correct. Couldn't be happier.
Can I please just get the food I ordered in my bag!!! How is it that twice we had missing hash browns like that’s too easy ??♀️
The worst McDonald's ever. Staff moves slower than dirt and won't acknowledge anyone. Bathrooms are disgusting, none of the employees wear gloves or hair nets. Food took over 40 minutes to get. They didn't even give us our drink cups, we had to ask twice. My chicken sandwich was not even put together.
4 stars only because the service was a little slow. In these times it is hard to get the amazing service we are use to. They did their best. I love McDonald's!
Worst McDonald's I have been to ever. Store was filthy!!!!! Every table was filthy and the food tasted old and gross. Fries were given to us maybe 1/4 filled at best as well as the two people behind us who asked for more fries for the same reason so it wasn't just us. We ordered two shamrock shakes but what we received was ice cream with the shamrock flavoring added, one of them in a broken plastic cup sitting inside of a larger cup so it wouldn't leak out. That was for my daughter and plastic pieces may have been inside!!! Horrible dirty gross McDonald's, next trip we will NOT be stopping here.
It was a late stop in my travels. The employees were really nice. I ordered the double fish filet and fries. The fish sandwich was decent, unfortunately, the fries were cold.
