6:00 am this McDonald’s opens. My family goes threw the drive threw at 6:10. No answer no one to take our order we drive around to look in the windows…not a person in sight, we go to drive away and find 2 workers smoking cigs on the front porch on their phone. not only does this bother me but on top of that we have been driving for 12 hours and were starving. GET IT TOGETHER!! YOURE SETTING A HORRIBLE EXAMPLE FOR OUR YOUNGER GENERATION!!
We got our food very fast. The service was okay.
Stopped and bought a Latte before going to pick up the daughter . Drive away and took a sip . It was bitter, and didn’t taste like any kind of coffee . When I removed the top it looks like nasty sewer water and smelled very very bad . I drove home and took a dose of antibiotics in the home of not getting sick . There is no doubt this was done on purpose and I’m sure they had a big laugh. Since I said nothing but nice things to them and demanded nothing , I can only assume it was a race based thing . I will never return to this place and will drive out of my way to another McDonalds when the urge hits my family .
Slow service is expected at this point, no matter where you go due to staffing issues, etc. What is not expected is bad attitudes. The girl was rude while I was ordering, no hello, how are you or can I get you anything else. Just “pull forward”. They hand your bag out the window and continue having a conversation with their coworkers inside, while never acknowledging the guest at the window. You have to check the bag because you don’t even know what they just handed you. I won’t be back.
I am visiting from out of town and drive 20 minutes just so I could get "something" to eat. Much to surprise, the restaurant was closed...or should I say closing. They're were 2 girls in side. When I honked my horn to get their attention, they looked at the window, then look away and have me a look like I was bothering them. Then, they walked like I wasn't even there. I will be going there in the morning to speak with a manager. And the people that act like that have the audacity to ask for $15/hr?! Seriously?! Get out of here. I 9 year old daughter has a stronger work ethic!!
They take forever and they won't let you dine in. Jacked my order all up, don't act interested in taking me order, and the food was cold. They did manage to give my son 2 toys in his meal so that is why they are getting 2 stars....
Worst "fast"food restaurant ever. Y the average amount of time you spend in the drive thru liner is around 30-40 minutes. But don't worry.... They will provide you with sub par food, served with a side of attitude. If that doesn't sell you to go to this location.. perhaps you can be sold with the wonderful thoughts of dehydrated dried out cold hamburgers and/or burnt chicken sandwiches. You just can't go wrong with that. Be sure to order a shake or sundae... They absolutely love that. I'm not sure they even exist really. Maybe its just a fantasy.
The inside dinning was closed,but it was most likely lack of staff. But it was in convention seeing a line around the corner, ice cream meachen bring down. But still good food for the price

Was out of soda, smoothies, apple pies and a long list of stuff. Attempted to charge for water even though water and tea was all they had available. Got our order wrong to start. On the second attempt it was right but they were out of salt. Be a great place for someone to open a restaurant who knows customer service.
