Had to acknowledge the employee's hard work and dedication for her to smile but once she realized that I am one that appreciates her hard work, she loosened up. A McDonald's employee is where we find the people that are worked hard by us consumers that we rarely take the time to thank them. Let's spend less time complaining on what they did wrong and start thanking them for what they do right.
We just went to the drive-thru to get a couple drinks. Unfortunately a person blocked the drive through my parking there car in the lane and letting the person out to go inside and come back out.The person who took an our order was nice, and efficient.
They were doing good and now no lobby open ?Update 5/4 Lobby not open after 7am and electric workers who's trucks won't fit in drive thru knocking on door begging them to take their orders. These are dine in restaurants primarily and drive thru secondary. If you keep the kiosks up and running you don't need a counter person. Many other mcdonalds have perfected this process.
A lot of cleaning needs to be done. Everywhere you looked, there was something that needed cleaning. The bathroom has not been cleaned for a long time. It seemed everyone was busy doing orders, and nobody was interested in cleaning anything.
Worst McDonalds I've ever seen. Says they close at 11 but when I showed up at 10 they refused to serve anyone bc the lady said she ain't doing all the work herself. Get another job then! But with that attitude who would hire you? Only other time I've been, it took almost 20mins to get through the drive with only a few people ahead of me! Either do better or just shut this location down and do everyone a favor.
The best McDonald's in the country. It's not quick, but it's not slow and the orders are usually flawless. Great location and friendly staff!
So disappointed with this location. Waited for 15 minutes to place my order with no response from the drive through staff. DO BETTER.
Several times I’m the only one there I wait at the drive thru menu and nobody takes my order. I see people are in there. It’s within the updated hours. I’ve waited 15 min before. It’s such an inconvenience!!!
Christmas eve. I'm a paramedic and working. Pulled in to grab something to eat. The drive-thru was open but the lobby was closed. Our truck is way to big to fit in the drive-thru. I was walking back to the ambulance, ready to look for somewhere else to eat, hopefully before everyone closed. One of the employees called me back. They allowed me to come inside and place an order. They were friendly, fast, and made sure I was fed on Christmas eve. They didn't have to and I thanked them profusely at the time, but also wanted to make sure they got some public praise as well. Hopefully their boss appreciates them. Really good crew
Usually everything is pretty spot on, with friendly employees. Today the McGriddles were nice and hot. I ordered the pull apart donuts because they looked so good on the sign. However it wasn't the case today. I would assume they should warm these up and they would have a bit more glaze on them. But they were cold, dry, and had a bad taste to them. I won't order this again. Trust me, don't waste your money on them. Also, the lady at the window wasn't the friendliest.
